    Pros: Location is great! street food just across the street and about 10min walk to Daimaru, Parco, Mina and Misukoshi. Staff was very friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out so we can do some last min shopping

    A hotel near everywhere

    Pros: Clean rooms and centrally located. Staff were very friendly. We liked the breakfast too.
    Cons: Rooms not spacious but acceptable as rooms in Japan are in general small

    Pros: Comfortable for my needs, well located to nearby restaurants and shopping areas.
    Cons: Soundproofing on my floor/for the room could perhaps be better. I was woken up in the middle of the night due to the loud arrival of other guests on the floor. Sound carried easily.

    The worst hotel ever

    Pros: The bed was the worst thing Ive ever experienced in hotels. I could feel the spring and it was hard and painful. Couldnt sleep. I found a hair in my coffee cup. The staff were so rude and inflexible. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

    Thank you for being so wonderful to us

    Pros: Staff was exceptional! They were friendly, always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to help us get back luggage that we had lost on train to the hotel. This really blew us away and we were touched by that kind gesture. The location of the hotel is really good and everything was really nice - loved the bathhouse!
