    CRU- Absolutely great value for money, clean, nice, comfortable! Good staff!

    Pros: Had room nr. 9. Fantastic room. Large and comfortable. As always in these hotels that has been converted, it is a little bit of a gamble what room you get and how it is but as I could see, all rooms are made for comfort. Friendly Hotel Manager Art made us feel very comfortable. This is a place I would love to come back to. Location is really great if you are in Tallinn to see the old town.

    Pros: Was a lovely hotel in old section of town, room was comfortable although small. Amazing restaurant. Location location.
    Cons: Rooms situated at back of hotel were a distance from reception and stairs would be daunting with luggage.

    Pros: Location was very central. The staff were very friendly. I was travelling alone and felt safe in the hotel.

    A wonderful quirky hotel in the old town.

    Pros: This hotel is wonderfully quirky with it's old world charm and maze of corridors, staircases and rooms. Very conveniently located in the old town of Tallin.
    Cons: Breakfast was very basic. We could hear guests talking in a neighbouring room who shared a party wall. We had been informed this hotel does not have a lift (that did not cause us any problem), however if you unable to carry your bags up several staircases this is not the accomodation for you.

    Pros: We liked an excellent location, an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. In addition, every evening, we enjoyed the sauna.
    Cons: The variety of dishes at the breakfast was not sufficient.

    We had a fabulous time

    Pros: The room was lovely and quiet. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect.
    Cons: The breakfast was good - the only thing was that it was the same everyday . The coffee machine needed descaling and it was never done the entire three mornings we were there. The coffee was always cold - I think they didnt know how to set the thermostat .

    Perfect location and beautiful rooms. Was a very nice stay at the CRU hotel :)

    Pros: Beautiful bedroom and bathroom :) very comfy!
    Cons: The windows did not open/close propperly. But we did'nt mind at all. Coffee was not the best^^ but there are few options to have a coffe in the city. So, again, not a problem.

    Pros: This place is right in the old town and very close to lots of the tourist sites. The building is 700+ years old and been renovated well. It still looks like an old building.
    Cons: The rooms are quite small and the room I had was probably best for one person.

    Amazing venue with heaps of character, great facilities and wonderful staff.

    Pros: Our host Eliisabeth was so sweet and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows the best we had in 6 weeks of travelling.
    Cons: The attached restaurant was on two occasions too full to offer us a table, though both times the restaurant had many empty tables. We assume the issue was the kitchen at capacity with bookings. On both occasions, we managed to be accommodated, which we were grateful for as the food was great!
