Best place to stay

Pros: The location is perfect, it’s quiet but close to everything. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced, they were super friendly and accepting of my dog and did whatever they could to make our stay a good one. The pool and fitness center was great and everything was sparkling clean.

Cons: The room was a little cramped but that was expected for the kind I booked.

We had a great night...

Pros: Excellent location for easy access to the downtown area . Staff was courteous and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again when we visit Knoxville.

Pros: Very fancy hotel for the value! Lobby, hallways, and the rooms were incredibly nice and clean! Indoor gym and the pool were great also!

This place is causing us...

Pros: It is not only very clean but it is maintained well, unlike many other hotels. It had conveniences, ambiance, and workers who truly tried to be helpful. A refreshing change from most places!

Enjoyed our 2 nights &...

Pros: Centrally located. Clean, good food, quiet. Stayed there before so I knew where it was. Short drive to U of Tennessee.

Cons: The huge hole when you pulled out of the parking garage.

Find a different hotel -not...

Pros: Not much. The breakfast was nasty and the hotel was hosting a NarcoticS Anonymous convention and they were all out front constantly smoking or right outside in the parking garage smoking. It looked like a bunch of homeless people hanging around the hotel. As a single female traveler I was very uncomfortable Room was clean and comfortable but the noise outweighed the cleanliness because I had two terrible night sleeps At 7:30 this morning the couple was singing loudly to their daughter in the bathroom shower/tub.

Cons: The walls between rooms and hallways were paper thin. I could hear people coming and going all night in and out of rooms and talking in the hallway and the road noise outside as well. The people next to me had very young children who were up at 6am crying and screaming. Parking was scarce.

The drunk couple could have...

Pros: Easy check-in

Cons: Drunk people in hallway screaming & fighting. Hotel security told them to go in room 5 or 6 from us. Nothing said about making them leave if not quiet. When police arrived, he knocked on door for several minutes. Terrible night, little sleep. Obvious they were drunk & should have been evicted immediately.
