    Have all you need & lovely staff but quite sad at times

    Pros: Staff was super lovely, location brilliant, room had all it should master switch, sockets in the right places, good space bathroom, quite comfortable bed.
    Cons: Breakfast was very poor. Like any cafe nearby was better, so I didnt eat there. Even the coffee, just the worst in Italy. Also the room was quite tired, especially white walls that seen things. And quite expensive.

    Pros: A quick 20 minute walk from Roma Termini. Great local restaurants. Clean yet small room.
    Cons: On arrival the staff were a little rude, but improved throughout our stay. We asked for twin beds and the room was so tight, it may as well have been a double bed as there was no gap between them.

    One of the best all round value for money hotels Ive ever stayed in.

    Pros: Great location. Beautifully refurbished and the staff were all amazing. One of my most enjoyable hotel experiences in a long time. Breakfast was also delicious.

    Pros: Breakfast was lovely, both in the breakfast room and on the day we left as a take away bag.
    Cons: Although we had prepaid for our room we had to pay 'City Tax' before leaving. This wouldn't have been a problem except for the insistence on a cash payment, which meant searching for an atm in Rome.

    Spent two nights here before flying home. Great location, clean room, staff were friendly and helpful.

    Pros: Great central location. Easy walk to attractions. Staff were fantastic - restaurant recommendations, ordering taxi for us.

    Good value for money, but could be improved

    Pros: Breakfast and location was good. Hotel was close to metro and city center. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly too and always helpful! Airconditioning worked great which was very welcome during the warm week during my stay. The minibar was really cold and worked well which was great during the heat to store some cold drinks in. Beds were also pretty comfortable to me.
    Cons: The room could have been a bit cleaner. Some hairs will still on the bathroom floor and on the bedsheets. Room was pretty dated unfortunately. You could tell the room I stayed in was in need of some maintenence, but other than that the room was pretty decent for the money. At night, the hotel was pretty noisy with banging doors from other guests. What I also didn't like is that during check-out, the only way to pay the taxes was by cash. That's not an issue by itself, but there was no message about this from the hotel staff or booking.com in advance. So be aware to have some cash with you at the end.

    I recomand this place!

    Pros: The location is very good, near metro and bus stations. It is also near Roma Termini where You can find Airport transfers. You even can walk to Fontana di Trevi in 30 minutes. The room is very clean and has I very confortable bed. The hotel staff is very kind. The breakfast is good. I recomand this hotel.
    Cons: The faucets in the bathroom should be replaced in the future. They are rusty. I also think that the room should be limed. I have nothing else to complain about.

    Pros: Close to the Rome Termini (central train station). This is about 4 blocks to Termini and Metro lines.
