If you are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi, this hotel is definitely worth your attention!

Pros: Everything was really great! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to public transport and shopping centers. Check-in is quick and hassle-free, the staff is super friendly and nice. The room was large and clean with a cool view. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

Cons: I cant point out any shortcomings, because everything was great.

Pros: Great service and professionalism from reception to in room dining and housekeeping personnel.

Cons: Cleanliness needs to be improved, there were oil marks on the writing table and also the window marble slab. If you book for a 2 night stay and more the reception team should suggest to reserve your rooms in the 15th and lower floors due to the loud music from the 17th floor bars

Pros: We had a great time vacationing in Abu Dhabi and staying at Cristal Hotel. The employees went above and beyond to make sure that we are confortable. Everyone we met was very professional and polite at all time. The suite was very confortable.

Cons: The cleaning personel did a good job and were very keen on keeping us satisfied so if I mention this issue is not because of them. They need however professional cleaning supplies I believe. We arrived to a very dirty carpet. Fingernails, popcorn... obviously dirty. The appartment was spotless otherwise. The next morning I did ask them for a quick vacuuming as I was travelling with a 3 year old todler who was constantly on the floor playing. They did vacum and we were there to witness it but the vacum did not do a proper job at all I guess. Was impossible to say you can clean the carpet with it. So Id say it would be great if they could think about replacing it with a new one. Its a pity on the image otherwise, as our room was very clean in general. The restaurant staff was very nice. I propose however that the management reconsiders about the policy that does not allow parents to take the childrens breakfast in the room, I tried waking up my small child one day for it, and he ended up ruining everyones breakfast with his screaming. I felt so bad about it. For us, being vegetarians and my todler not being used to the exotic spices at all, was really so so hard to find healthy meal options while we were in the UAE. Him having some scambled eggs in the morning without me having to go out in search for food, gave me a lot of piece of mind when starting the day. Actually the kido was the only reason we opted for having the breakfast in, not to lose time with searching restaurants and having it easier. All in all, thank you all for contributing on us having a great vacation in Abu Dhabi.

Pros: Everything was great. They upgrated our room and it was very big and bed was so comfy. Pool was good and there were many restaurants and a bar at the hotel. The location was also great. I wish I could've stayed for longer!

Pros: The staff was very helpful. Even upgraded our suit to fit well with the child. The location is pretty good, not far from the sea side, there is a shopping center with a grocery store right near the hotel.

Cons: Mosque right under the window: religious music at 5:30 am even on the 13th floor.

Pros: Great location - near the bus stops to all main tourist destinations and the airport. Also there is a shopping mall nearby with Lulu hypermarket and foodcourt with reasonable prices. Not many rooms on each floor so there is no queues near elevators and in the breakfast restaurant. Every day room cleaning and towels changing on demand. Great bed matteraces and linen - feels like you sleep on the cloud. The room has empty fridge to store your own food and the tea station with cattle, cups, tea and coffee bags and sugar. Room is equipped with the air conditioning and ventilation system. Staff menbers are very polite and helpful. The hotel has gym and swimming pool but I have no time to test it unfortunately.

Cons: Some rooms including mine (507) were facing the mosque - 2x loud prayer calls at night were awakening you. Also my room had a door to another one (joined suites) and the sound isolation with my neighbours was very poor because of it. Except this, the sound isolation of the room was very good overall. Almost no sounds from the street were heared near the beds. The restaurant on the 18th floor was very cozy and compact, however the choice of dishes for breakfast was not very wide (I saw more broad choice in other 4* hotels I stayed before). The room had broken bathroom ventilation but we solved it using the general air conditioning. You cannot open the windows to let the fresh air inside the room. Rooms have no balcony or terrace. When we arrived there were some bathroom items missing and no facial towels at all. Tea station had only one teaspoon for 2 cups of tea. After calling the room service they filled the bathroom with items but no additional teaspoon appeared. The hotel has SPA and massage but unfortunately from the wide menu of massages there we only two of them offered at the moment of our stay. Room air conditioning and ventilation system controlller has no option to turn on venilation without air conditioning.

Pros: Excellent wifi, great location. I got an upgrade of the room, because on my check in date I had to wait too long to take my room. Thanks for it, it was nice.

Cons: Advice to the crew: if the hotel guest doesn't pick up the phone, don't call him 10 times again and again, and especially don't question him "why you didn't pick up" . It is not a camp, it's a hotel. Your customer is the prio!
