    Pros: Great beach side location , free parking , comfortable bed, nice staff .
    Cons: Motel is dated, room was extremely cold even with me turning off the thermostat, someone was banging on my door at 3:30 am and it was disturbing as a solo traveler . Bathroom Ceiling was closed off by wood and appeared to be some black mold or mildew .

    My time spent on beach and not in hotel was nice

    Cons: Property needs to be updated and cleaned up! Rooms outdated, old, need to be painted. Room 203 had holes in wall where tv use to be. Vents had black dust or something on them and walls. Property outside was dirty, trash in stairwells stairwell smelled of urine. Too many other nicer places we could have stayed for the price we paid. Pics on website are old pics of hotel!

    Pros: On the beach
    Cons: Micro tv,paint on walls peeling,and mold.No hot water..didn't let us know of issue until we were already there even though they knew of issue a few days earlier.They wouldn't offer any discount and the AC was stuck on 59 deg.all night.
