One big headache. Literally.

Pros: The room is ever looked the river, which I really do like. And the swimming pool was nice. And obviously it’s in a nice area of the shopping center.

Cons: The room had a funky smell that was being covered up by fragrance that was giving me a terrible headache. The hallway smelled of weed. I even stayed here twice. Just hoping the first experience was. Fluke. So twice in one week, and I experienced the same thing both times. never again.

Cons: Had to change room because of locks and then was not notified that the pool and hot tub were closed. That was the main reason that I got a room at this location for my birthday. Then they said it would be open in the morning and was still not open.

Cons: Carpets in room were very dirty and beds not comfortable. The hot tub did not work and water in both pool and hot tub looks dirty.

Pros: Never got any breakfast. Location was decent.

Cons: There was old food on the floor by the closest to the door (part of a SlimJim of some sort). There were stink bugs in our curtains before we ever even opened our patio door. I requested extra towels and wash clothes, yet received only two single towels, no floor towel, and had to ask for towels multiple times. The pool area never had any towels stocked, the hot tub was taped off during our entire stay (the pool and hot tub is why we picked this particular hotel). My underage daughter was harassed by workers of the hotel. I was also told to contact Booking.com to extend our stay when I asked to add another day onto our trip, yet, I was verbally attacked with a front desk phone call and by two to the workers at our room door while on the phone with Booking.com and made to hand up and go down to the front desk after workers told my underage daughter that she needed to speak with the front desk about adding an extra day on to our trip. Meanwhile, I was told by the front desk worker that I had to contact Booking.com to add days to my trip stay, which I had been trying and in the middle of doing so. For almost $200 a day or more, I expect a lot better. I also asked a worker if he could turn on the outside fire pit on for me, he responded with a yes, yet never did. The fire pit was only officially put on for a party that took place the day we arrived, and the workers knew the people having the party. Another one of the employees was in the elevator that picked my daughter and I up after visiting the pool, and once we got in the elevator he has had his destination floor as floor #2, after we put floor #3 the floor our room was on, this male employee all of a sudden said he picked the wrong floor and selected floor #4. My Daughter literally turned the wrong way after exiting the elevator due to fear of this employee who also was in and out of the pool area during one of our swims. I’ve never had such a terrible hotel stay before this. I would love a refund please if possible
