Pros: the building security

Cons: The fact that they have a starbucks in the lobby and by the time I got downstairs during my checkout, it was already closed. I ended up getting on the freeway with no coffee. The hours were limited, and there were several people wanting coffee. Also there was no microwave in the room, and bar of open soap in the dish in the bathroom That looked like it may have been previously wet. It was stuck to the soap tray.

Cons: This is the email I sent to the manager:: Hi Jorge Linares, Thank you for reaching out and acknowledging my feedback regarding my recent stay While I appreciate your prompt response, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience during my time at the hotel. As a frequent traveler, I have come to expect a certain level of service and amenities, especially when staying at a reputable establishment such as yours. Unfortunately, I found the absence of basic toiletries and amenities in the room to be quite surprising and disappointing. It's disheartening to arrive at a hotel of your caliber, only to discover that essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower amenities were not readily available. Even modest accommodations typically provide these items for the convenience of their guests. Having to venture outside the hotel to purchase these necessities detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the absence of water bottles in the room was unexpected. I found it inconvenient to have to go downstairs to obtain water each time, especially considering the premium nature of the accommodations. Ensuring that such basic amenities are readily available in the rooms would greatly enhance the guest experience and align more closely with the high standards associated with the Marriott brand. Pros: Great location and staff. The property and rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was a security man in the parking garage, but because he was in his regular car with no uniform or identification that he was security, it was creepy for two women to see this guy hanging out in the parking garage taking pictures and talking on the phone. We found out he was security when we reported him to the front desk. People need to know who security is because this guy didn’t look like it at all.

Spacious, quiet option in Campbell

Pros: We were looking for a reasonably-priced hotel in the Campbell area, which would be quiet, with comfy beds. This hotel delivered; could be due to low season/occupancy but still, we slept great. The room was spacious, clean, and an extra sofa to sit on was appreciated. It's near a freeway but we didn't hear it. There is a nice little gym with weights, elliptical, and treadmills. The included breakfast was a positive departure from the usual continental buffet.

Cons: Extra parking fee -- wish it was listed/disclosed prior. No tub, shower only. Carpeting throughout.
