Pros: Location, price and the best water pressure in the shower!

Cons: The room was rundown, really dark lighting, bed was hard as a rock. The online pictures were deceiving. I thought it was much newer. Breakfast was disappointing, ice machine was out of order. Shower curtain would not close because the curtain rod wasn't installed correctly.

Upsetting and a disastrous experience

Cons: My recent stay at the Sonesta Hotel was extremely disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the staff treated guests more like inmates than valued patrons. Firstly, the strict policy of not allowing guests to take breakfast to their rooms felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. It's a basic courtesy that many hotels extend to their guests, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. Moreover, there were evident mold issues in the room that were brushed aside when brought to the attention of the staff. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, the problem was not adequately addressed. The most alarming aspect of my stay was witnessing a guest being tased by a member of the staff named Amy at the front desk. Her manipulative and hostile behavior towards guests is unacceptable, and it's clear that she is not suited for a customer service role. Furthermore, the hotel's handling of deposits was unjust and arbitrary. They seemed to have no qualms about withholding deposits for flimsy reasons and were quick to resort to extreme measures, such as changing bookings or even involving law enforcement, without any sympathy towards guests. Overall, my experience at the Sonesta Hotel was deeply disappointing. The staff's attitude towards guests was deplorable, and the issues with cleanliness and safety are concerning. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment until significant improvements are made.

They gave away my booked...

Cons: They gave away our king deluxe room after I called to let them know we were checking in late. Then they placed us (accommodation) in a double queen room when it was 38 degrees outside with no working heat. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the wallpaper was coming down. It was very inconvenient.

Pros: The hotel staff is always friendly and the rooms smell so good.

Cons: The furniture is kinda weathered and could stand to be DEEP cleaned or replaced. The light covers were visibly dirty as well.

Pros: The bed was nice. The shower was nice. Excellent hot water in the shower. Excellent show system. Television and cable were good. Parking was good. 12pm check out.

There is not enough lighting. The pillow cases were dinghy, too. This location seemed to be where families are living, as well.
