    Disappointing

    Cons: The room had a strong odor of some sort of cleaning product. Guest were smoking outside and the smoke wafted in my room. The noise from the freeway was extremely, loud. Ice was a fee.

    Pros: Close to Morongo Resort and Casin.
    Cons: First, it is a MOTEL not HOTEL. Worst location ever! next to train tracks and Freeway. Constant noise all night, no sleep as a result. Room had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and not even a spare roll, shampoo was for one person not for two. WORST PLACE!!!

    Pros: Safety concern Door security lock does not close completely. Called front desk several times after checked in but they did not answer when I needed towels and pillows. They did. Not provide any conditioner They did not provide any coffee.
    Cons: No one was at front desk. I had to ring calling bell many times in checking in and checking out. There was hardly any toilet tissue I had to call front desk for tissue. Only one time they answered the phone and provided one small package of open tis

    Very Good

    Good value, no frills place to rest.

    Pros: Convenient, right off the freeway. Recently remodeled, nice faux hardwood floors, freshly painted, new linens, bed spread and towels. Nice big 50 HDTV, Good size fridge and a small microwave.
    Cons: I had to pay for ice .25 a bucket. Noone available when I checked out?

    Cons: There is a train nearby running at all hours! You had to pay an extra $100 incidental fee! Which will be returned after check out!!

    Pros: The room was not nice at all. Torn wall paper, the bed was hard and felt like it had plastic on the mattress. There were ants in the restroom on the toilet. There was a stain on the ceiling.

    Pros: Nothing, it was a big mistake The first day we checked in we saw a big cockroach on the side table,and the door cannot be completely closed cold air coming through and too noisy cuz of the train and freeway traffic.

    Pros: THE ONLY THING I LIKED IS THAT IT WAS NEAR BY TO MORONGO CASINO.
    Cons: THAT WHEN WE GOT THERE THE GUY WAS CHARGING US $100 FOR DEPOSIT WHEN I DID IT ONLINE IT DIDNT MENTION THAT, ALSO SAID ONLINE FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND HE SAID NO WE HAVENT HAD IT FOR (8 YEARS) WELL THEN TAKE IT OFF ,IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL EVER......

    Pros: Nothing, Door was not installed properly, there was a gap that did not block out the noise, breeze came through and did not feel safe with the way it was.

    Pros: The staff was helpful and was only 1 mile away from where we were going.
    Cons: Was going to be charges an extra $60 because AJ (general manager) saw a few of my friends on camera entering room. He was quick to charge but didn't bother to keep watching the video to see that they also had rooms there. Now have to check on statement.
