Pros: Location, comfortable bed, quiet room, nice size room, hot shower water, clean looking, front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. They get 5 stars!

Cons: There was a big dead roach in my bathroom the morning I left and I'm afraid of them. The fact that it was dead shows they try to exterminate.

Not worth the money

Pros: The night time manager Eric was very accommodating. When the fridge, tv, and heat did not work in our suite, he moved us to a different room that was accommodating for the entire family. He also provided us with towels for the pool when the other .manager said there were none. The night time manager Eric was the best part of the stay.

Cons: When I arrived, the daytime manager told me that one TV in the suite was broken and did not offer to switch me to a different room. Then when I told him the fridge was leaking and not cooling, he still did not offer to switch me to a different room. But he did keep my kids ice cream in the cooler when requested. When I asked for towels, he said there weren't any and he would have to wash more. But never offered to bring us any once complete. There was no hot tub as advertised and the floor was uneven and slippery with grout residue all over the floor. The heat did not work in the room but the night time manager moved us to a different room with no problem. The breakfast did not have enough waffle mix for all of the guests. When I requested the daytime manager to make more be said no because it would be a waste of product. Also the floors in the rooms were uneven and with carpet revealing the wood underneath in areas by the AC unit. For the amount of money spent for a one night stay, I expected better customer service from the daytime manager and a more accommodating room. Also the hot tub was a main reason for choosing this hotel for relaxation for me and my husband while the kids played in the pool so when we discovered there wasn't one, I felt ripped off. Shame on the corporate management for falsely advertising. Would not be referring this hotel to anyone in the future nor will my family be staying there again.

Cons: The room smelt very musky and furniture is broken. The pool area has mold everywhere from the floors to the ceiling and on the chairs/table that was there as well.

Pros: The property did have a pool and lots of parking. The location was good for us because it was close to the event we were attending.

Cons: The hotel is run down! The smell of smoke lingers in the hall and elevator. Almost everything was heavily used. The carpet, towels, and bedding had stains. The phone was broken, so were the clocks. It definitely needs a renovation.

Cons: There was a lot of issues room key pad was not accessible was told that it would be fixed in an hour and was not there was no communication between staff the lady that was supposed to reserve rooms with a handicap relative never did even though called twice about it and was assured it was cared for. The tv did not work in room the bathroom door did not lock. Was told could not get a refund for the second day even though told all the issues and was at like 9:30am. Was told the owner needed money to fix the problems with the place and would not issue any refund to us. Even the other party had issues with accessing room and still was told with all issues both party had there would be no refund so had to stay so didn’t lose 131. There were other hotels better for less around area. They tried to say they were half the cost of other hotels when that is not true. Could have stayed at the Hilton or holiday inn for like 20-30 less if not more

Pros: The price was favorable but my husband reminded me that 'you get what you pay for'.

Cons: Our room: THE THIRD FLOOR SMELLED AS A MIXTURE OF SOME ONE WAS COOKING CABBAGE AND SEWAGE and maybe mold; carpet was nasty; the linens were dingy and stained; there was rust in the bathroom- it appeared that someone started to upgrade the room and then stopped and never came back. A caulk gun and a paint brush would go a long way to improve but not sure what they would do about that OFFENSIVE smell.

Pros: It was very convenient having hot breakfast downstairs and ready for you when you wake up. Coffee, eggs, Belgium waffles, juice, fruit and oatmeal was ready and waiting, with a hungry, demanding toddler that was a bonus.

Cons: The stopper in the tub was broken and had to be jimmy-ridgged to work, that was a bit inconvenient and the staff apologized and explained how to rig it.
