Pros: The pool was great and the hotel looked good.

Cons: The hotel smelled stale. They also said they served fresh cookies every hour but they never had any.

Pros: Hot tub was nice, large room, the staff was great, breakfast had a lot of choices that hot and tasted well.

Cons: King size bed was hard with tiny standard size flat pillows. Shower leaked and sprayed out of tub area. Lighting was weird.

We wanted to stay but...

Pros: From the moment we pulled up to the moment we went in to check in and got to our room was perfect! Everything was just great! We didn't get to try breakfast because we decided to sleep in but from the looks of it we'd have had a lot of choices! It looked like a mini buffet set up. The indoor pool was an absolute plus! We really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet the entire time. Everything met our expectations! Be sure to either have a card or cash for $100.00 damage deposit!

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't really like! As for me I wish the fitness center had some dumbell weights in there but it was okay the few machines they did have were just fine!

Cons: Cold sausage patties because they could not keep up with the huge amount of people. Waffle batter was barely above the consistency of water. Breakfast did not seem prepared for the number of guests as they could not keep it stocked and nobody came to help the poor lady that was doing all she could.

Cons: I paid for the most expensive room for one reason. The giant jacuzzi! My romantic date was ruined. We filled the jacuzzi expecting hot water and nope. No hot water, I then went to alert staff and the phone did not work. So I had to walk to the front desk and let them know. The guy said he would let his manager know. 15 mins later a manager, the front clerk and a woman came and said to give it 15-20 mins and maybe hot water would be back on and that “everyone is taking a bath at this time.” He then checked out the phone which still wasn’t working and said he would replace it. Another 20 mins went by and these 3 staff members were in and out of the room several times. The did replace the phone and water still wasn’t hot so said they would adjust the temp. They did and we finally had a phone and hot water but it was near 1am at this point. My night is gone! Then size of the jacuzzi was amazing, its huge I just wish me and my date would have gotten to experience it sooner and without all added frustrations. They could have stocked the room with more towels and wash clothes. 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for a room with a tub that big seems a bit ridiculous. You could tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as the bottom shelf in the bathroom had dust all over it. Just a side note, I booked this very same room a couple years ago for the jacuzzi and walked in and there were clothes every where, room destroyed. They had given me the room and other people haven’t even checked out nor had housekeeping cleaned the room. Luckily no one was in the room at the time of me walking in, that could have awkward and embarrassing!

Would stay there again.

Cons: Old looking worn looking. Tile in the bathroom look like it wasn’t cleaned. I’m sure it was. It just didn’t look like it. Spot in the tile that made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The upkeep and cleanliness was top-notch.

Cons: The water pressure in my shower was not the best. There were under age children wondering about and being obnoxious without adults present.

Pros: Easy check in process, friendly, courteous clerk. Room was beautifully decorated, bed was very comfortable. Room & bathroom very clean. Front lobby sitting area was nice, the dining area clean w/plenty of seating. Breakfast was top notch! Food delicious.

Cons: Not a thing! Only positive things to say.
