Cons: We rented a suite. There was a stain on the couch that appeared to be blood. There is a urine stain on the fold out bed. There wasn't a blanket provided for the fold out couch. We were on the upper floor. There was no ice in the ice machine on that floor. Even though there is a thermostat in the room, the temperature would not change to the temperature that we set. The water wasn't very warm in the shower. There were two television's, but we couldn't watch anything in them. They would power on, but that's it.

Pros: Loved the suite, the bed comfort, mostly clean.

Cons: There was no toilet paper in the room, a blood stain or something on the curtains. Furniture a little rough on the edges. No meat (no bacon/hashbrowns) at breakfast. Oh and writing with a magic marker on the lamp shade.

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: Day 1 room 1: Once my family got settled in for the night after our long road trip, the tv did not work. They switched our room. Day 2 room 2: After being out all day with my family, we expected to go back to a clean room and relax. Upon our return, the room was dirty, and when the first person tried to shower, the tub would not drain. Later that night, I got up to use the bathroom, and there were roaches in the bathroom. We called the front desk about 5 times from our room and then walked down there, but there was no one at the front desk to help. Day 3: The tv kept going in and out and would not power off. They offered us 20k points, which they claim is a free night at any hotel. Which is not true and I have yet to receive those points. This hotel is a walking nightmare.

Pros: The hot tub in my room.

Cons: 1st off, the staff just wore street clothes, no uniforms , name tags or anything professional at all. Carpet was dirty throughout hotel. Tub was dirty when we arrived. One day breakfast was almost an hour late and another day they stopped breakfast early. I was there for 3 days and everytime I returned from a day out, MY KEYS NO LONGER WORKED!! THAT MAKES ME THINK SOMEONE WAS IN MY ROOM EVEN WITH THE "DND" SIGN POSTED! Last but not least, on our last night, what sounded like a herd of elephants was put in the room directly above us. We called the front desk and complained about the literally "rattling" walls and ceiling, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I paid $554 for 3 Nights and absolutely feel jipped. I will visit got springs again, BUT I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!
