Pros: Leaving.

Cons: SO MUCH. Its filthy. 1st room they gave me, mattresses were off the bed base, standing upright through the room, with the heat up to 99, and Waffle House trash on the counter. The room that they switched me to was dirty too, this hotel is just gross.

Cons: We had no air conditioning in our room. When we asked the front desk for a fan they just smiled and said sorry no fans. They didn't care at all. The hotel smelled old. Carpet was coming up in the hall and pillows were terrible.

Pros: Easy check in and check out. Location of the hotel. The breakfast served was always very good and the lady that served it was very nice and accommodating.

Cons: Booked through booking dot com for two rooms and payed with my own card and info. Country inn only had one room in my name and said they didnt have any other rooms available. Found the second room through how it was paid for but under another name (?). They checked out room 111 and found it had bed bugs so I took pictures and talked to front desk in private and told them about bed bugs and that we where not staying , we would find another facility to stay at. Before we walked out the door they had filled that room with someone else. I could not be leave it. When we came back next morning for refund they thought we had stayed there overnight due to it being a deferent receptionist and said that name is not the name I have in that room right now which proves they had filled it without clearing and treating for bedbugs. So my wife asked about how can you fill a room you know has bed bugs isnt there some sort of rules about that? Then receptionist said no we dont have the room filled that must be some type of computer error. They finally then refund our money very quickly after they had been arguing with us that Booking.com would have to refund the money , when had already talked to Booking.com that morning before we left town to make sure we had everything taken care of and thats why we went back to country inn to get refund.

Pros: The rates were good and the pool stayed open until midnight and the staff was very nice

Cons: The air conditioner in our room stopped working but the staff quickly moved us to a new room
