Cons: Employees play the music Very loud in the lobby. It was quite loud in our upstairs room. The bass was pounding on the walls. I asked the front desk if they turned it down at night, and they told me they turned it down at 7:00. It was still playing at 7:30, so I called the front desk and then they finally turned it down. The walls are pretty thin at this facility. In our room, we could hear a lot of the noise from the bathroom next door. Flushing, shower, urinating, etc. Overall a pretty loud place. Lots of noise from the hallways and the lobby. I was awakened twice by a loud voice from a young child in the lobby between 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM. This seemed strange that someone so young would be in the lobby that late. The next morning at about 6:15 AM, I was in the lobby, when a female toddler was yelling "I need you Mommy, I need you Mommy" at the front desk clerk. This went on for a while before they disappeared down the hall. When I checked out, I was told they could not give me a receipt. I have stayed in many hotels and many Holiday Inns in my life and I have never been told that that I could not have a receipt. I have used Booking.com, Priceline, Hotels.com, etc., and have always gotten a receipt. They told me because I used Booking.com, Holiday Inn does not give receipts. When I checked in they wanted to see my drivers license, and they scanned my credit card so they could charge me for incidentals. Not having a receipt, I sure hope no 'Incidentals' show up later which has happened to me before.

Pros: Location and staff were great. Alot if meal options around property.

Cons: The hot tub and pool were very cold even when we had the jets going for a while. And the amount of chlorine was excessive. Made my son and my eyes burn and we were both coughing.

Cons: The staff is horrible, their attitudes and the way the handle themselves was awful. Even the manager was rude and screamed at staff in the crowded breakfast area.

Cons: People noise came under the door from the hall. Our card key did not work upon departure. The staff were very helpful but their keys didn’t work either. Facilities people were not there (a holiday weekend), but finally my husband’s key worked after 20 tries. I suspect the batteries were low in the scan unit.

Ice plunge cold indoor pool!!!

Pros: It's clean and attractive and breakfast was good.

Cons: Indoor pool wasn't heated and as cold as an ice plunge!! And the hot tub was out of order! We stayed here and paid more for the pool experience since it is a rainy February!! When I inquired about it, I was told by the front desk that the pool was heated as much as they w were instructed to. Very rudely!! I had my granddaughter with me, and I felt so bad about promising a nice pool and got this!!
