    Pros: The ONLY positive we can give is the bed slept well
    Cons: Location. The staff person that evening had stepped out to do errand and no one could check us in and first room was dirty, breakfast was poor, would not recommend this hotel

    Terrible. I was lucky to find a last minute reservation at Holiday Express.

    Pros: The motel was closed due to a fire months ago. I dont live there so I was unaware of the fire until I pulled up to the location.
    Cons: When I made a reservation, my money was taken even though the location had been closed for months. I expect a full refund.

    Pros: NO ROOM WHEN WE GOT THERE!!
    Cons: We went for our reservation and the hotel had been closed for about 6 weeks! No contact with the hotel couldn't reach anyone. Put on hold with Booking.com never came back. Didn't Booking know they were closed when they confirmed my reservation?? I can't reach anyone at Booking, I have used them several times in the past, however after driving around in the dark an hour trying to find the closed hotel I won't use Booking again.... Thank you. Oh and I hope there isn't a charge for our room we didn't have. We had to pay full retail for another room at a different hotel $45.00 more thanks Booking.com..

    we had a great time

    Pros: we had a good time, we had the king suite and it was big spacious. the jacuzzi was actually big enough for two or maybe even three. very comfortable
    Cons: having a jacuzzi in the room and only having 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash rag. when we asked for more we only got 2 towel not 2 sets of towels like promised

    Pros: How easy it was to check in
    Cons: Got a king jacuzzi sweet and the jets didn't work.... isn't that that the whole purpose of a jacuzzi?? All I wanted was relaxation and a warm shower. The water was cold cold cold for the shower. Tried 4 times 2 at night 2 in the morning all cold. There was dust on the appliances, dead bugs on the floor which didn't appear to be swept let alone mopped, soap all over the soap tray, a disgusting stain on the sheets by the pillow. The cabinets under the sink all tore out and holes that led to the jacuzzi with plaster all over. It's like the room was under construction and they just threw it together real quick to get the higher price money you get from renting the jacuzzi room

    Cons: Location not where we expected.. too far out of way. Very much needs updating. The first room we were given had not been cleaned bed dirty towels on floor. 2nd room the keycard didnt work and staff had to use master key to let us in.

    never again, I can deal with no b'fast, a rude host, never.

    Pros: nothing
    Cons: rude hostess, not inviting nor welcoming. no breakfast despite the website saying so (and do not go off on the cheap covid disclaimer now always used) the lady said they stopped when covid began anf just did not want to restart, yet charge the same.
