Pros: Good location right across from the beach.

Cons: Didn't realise there would only be stairs. My room had no view which was probably on the room description but wasn't super clear to me. No good instructions on how to enter after hours.

Pros: The location of course, is fantastic as is the local hotel offering food and beer. Its proximity means you have a few meal options. I particularly liked the extras - free daily coffee from the bar, extra beach towels, bikes and paddle boards. And essentially, free parking if you are lucky to secure a spot. Otherwise gamble on the city park across the road. Really enjoy the front receptionist. He was polite, very well informed and very chatty!

Cons: The location of the room wasn't the best. I'd perhaps have paid a bit more to have a view of the beach as opposed to an outside aircon. The shower's water pressure was dismal and was difficult to get the right temperature.

Pros: Fabulous location opposite the beach and near great restaurants. Close to train station. Great facilities, good bar and hotel dining. A great restaurant on site as well. We stayed here the night prior to a cruise from Freemantle. Quick Uber to the cruise terminal was $18.00. Train also available for those on a budget.

Cons: Very small room with no view. Carrying bags up and down the stairs. No one offered to carry them for us.

Cons: The air conditioner and the ceiling fan didn’t work. No free rooms to swap rooms. Asked for a portable fan which they did provide with a thick coat of dust. Staff were pleasant but was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep for top money definitely disappointed

Sensational location, overpriced accommodation.

Pros: Room was good, decor was tired, shower great, aircon old but effective. Afternoon sun in Summer a bit hot as the room faces West…. Looking at the beach. No breakfast available on Saturday morning, curious?

Cons: Far too expensive for the experience, I paid $475 for I night in an average room. Not good value for money. The Ocean beach hotel just down the road where I stayed for two nights prior was a quarter the cost, has an all night desk and much larger rooms.

Pros: I stayed in Room 4 and everything was just as I expected. The private balcony with comfy furniture was an absolute bonus as I enjoyed the 2 complimentary drinks (from the bar downstairs) whilst having the best view ever of a Perth WA sunset. Must recommend the fish and chips that I ordered from the bar/restaurant downstairs with a glass of Italian white wine - although there isn't room service, you just need to order and pay at the counter, and the friendly staff bring the meal up to your room. Special mention to the Manager David, who helped to locate and return an item of clothing that I left behind. Overall, all the staff are very friendly and attentive (especially David, the bar staff and housekeeper). Had the best sleep ever because of that comfy bed and pillows and loved how you could control your own air conditioning (plus a ceiling fan).

Cons: If you DO have a car, the parking maybe a bit of a challenge to find a spot if the hotel's free unlimited parking is full (about a dozen available bays). David will give you the best tips for parking at check-in.
