    Pros: Strategic location . Near Dataran Merdeka .
    Cons: 1. Room not clean . 2. My room get 1 Bottle 9.5L Drinking Water . the bottle is reusable because , the cap of bottle already open before I want to drink it. Really dissapointed. 3. I request to check in early at lobby hotel, I agree with all conditions which is have charges . But , the room I get is not clean at cloth cabinet. & I already ask timing for sahur to the staff but the staff didnt tell me that i must request for my sahur before 5.30pm . In my booking price already included . No explanation from the staff . When I come to lobby for pickup my food for sahur , my name not listed in their list. & other staff manage to solve the issue . Thank you 4. Do not have ironing board. 5. When i come to the hotel on evening, the cleaner so loudly noise when clean others room . *I tired to do complain at hotel management , because I stay at here for works . I come back to the hotel from work 12am & really tired to complain all this things. - I do not suggest this hotel for your stay. This because my bad experience. *you can check your room 309 .

    Pros: We selected the place by its location originally - closest to the hotel where we had stayed the previous night, which didn't have rooms available for the next two nights. Turned out a very decent hotel, family and business friendly. Well located near the historical centre and various busy shopping streets. Safe and clean.

    Not worth the price. Many better options available in KL at this tariff.

    Pros: The location is decent, not perfect but pretty much close to most important places. And one member of staff, Mr Kiren is very sweet. He tries to help despite all the drawbacks.
    Cons: Windowless room, very dangerous and a potential health hazard. Water refill needs to be done yourself in lobby. Teabags only provided once at the time of check in. Reception staff, except Kiren cold and distant.

    Cons: We booked a room with a view, and when we showed up they had already filled up all of them. They tried to convince us that they gave us an upgrade instead, but I could honestly not tell what the difference was. We were on a low floor, in a standard size room with a c#&p view. Booking gave us a little refund though which I'm grateful for.

    To be finales, im not to like with this hotel..even though near to town.

    Pros: The location was near to town, and can take lrt easily.
    Cons: The toilet door cant be close and 1 door share with bathroom and toilet. Beside, the bed was to close within bed and toilet.
