Cons: For the price it is not really worth it in my opinion. Food and drink massively overpriced. Strange system with towels for the pool and not allowed to take any towels out of the hotel... construction going on next door so quite noisy. You can get better for the money to be honest. If you stay here you will need transport to places that are reasonably priced to eat and drink. The corridors where the rooms are have no music playing, no art. A bit of a prison feel. Mountain view room is not a view of a mountain. It is view of the bottom of a mountain which is dark and has a lot of trash! Staff often walk round the back of the rooms so can see into your room through the window

Pros: It is located away from the busy town which is a great plus. There were 3 pools and are very kid friendly. Also the rooms were spacious although we would have loved to get the family as what we initially planned but turned out unavailable when we got there. The staff were great to just give us two deluxe rooms without additional charges.

Cons: Theres a stinking smell around the pool area, i think its from the toilets exhaust, the one below the pool. Also the room floor is kind of slippery, i wish there was complimentary slippers for the room.

Pros: Setting is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was well cared for and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is located quite a ways from town and there is no ATM on site. The front desk is not authorized to exchange US Dollars so getting cash is difficult. The only option is riding into town but the pawn shop available to exchange cash closes at 5:00. When I went to pay, their credit card reader was not functional and they requested the entire bill be paid in pesos. When I explained that I was short on pesos because there was nowhere to exchange $$ they didn't know what to do. They were not willing to accept USD. We had no option to pay until, thankfully, the card reader started working?? We had dinner at the restaurant twice since town was so far away. Food was alright generally except it was served cold. That was acceptable for the ribs but was less appreciated for the burger and the Asian noodles. Pizza came hot and maybe they were holding everything until the pizza was ready -- but the timing wasn't great.
