Pros: Hotel was very close to bars, restaurants & beach. Hotel offered coffee, toast & fresh fruit at breakfast time.

Cons: Our room was at the front of the hotel & close to a busy road. It was quite noisy at night with vehicles playing very loud music.

Pros: The day staff was helpful, they offered toast, fruit, and coffee each morning. It was easy to walk to some good restaurants. The plants and local art on the walls were absolutely beautiful!

Cons: We checked in very late (around 11:30 pm, I called and they said that that was no problem), and the man working the front (Sam) did not acknowledge us as we stood in the tiny lobby, he eventually told us to wait while he finished an email. We had obviously been traveling all day, were tired, and wanting to get to our room, and we were never welcomed, and basically ignored. He was so non responsive it seemed as if he would rather we sleep on the front porch than come in and bother him.

It was great.

Pros: Clean, staff were nice.

Cons: Room service mopped my floor but did not sweep. And I had broken a bottle of glass on the floor.

Pros: The location was great. The little courtyard was nice to sit outside.

Cons: The check in process was slow. We waited for 45 min. The room temp was either too cold or too hot. Only a sheet on the bed and no blanket. We were right off the lobby so it was very loud.

Well worth what we paid...

Pros: We got an amazing price at $173.00 a night for a Hotel 3 Blocks from Condado Beach. It was clean and neat and the Front Door was manned 24/7 for access. You are not more than a Block or two away from Bars and Restaurants in any direction.

Cons: We have stayed here before and it was apparent pretty quickly that the property had changed Management recently . Front Desk Manager greeted us and stated Check in was 3pm, when I showed him an email from himself to us stating it was 2pm he asked "when did you receive that ?" I stated December 30 2023, he responded "Oh I see" . They checked us in at about 2:40 pm. We have stayed in this particular room before and were surprised to find very little furniture. There used to be an Armoire . The Soap Dispensers in the Shower still had some product in them but were unused and they left Travel Bottles on top of them. When my Wife went to lay in the Bed the Mattress flipped over ( see pictures ) seems they never centered the board they use for a box spring when they made the bed last. The biggest issue was that the Blinds in our Room allowed you to see everything in the room when the Lights were on at night , we found this a day into the trip and my Wife was so embarassed. Just a basic lack of care for the property. The Breakafast was pretty anemic and they had the same fruit out for two days in a row.

Pros: Location was good and easy to find. We were allowed luggage storage until our next accommodation opened up. The staff were friendly.

Cons: Our room door looked like it had been damaged or broken into before. We weren’t certain how safe we were. It was advertised as a Superior room but there were no glasses for drinking- we had to purchase plastic cups at the local CVS, as well as water to drink. No coffee maker or cups in the room. We didn’t use the pool because it didn’t look like it and some of the outdoor spaces were maintained well.
