Absolute waste of money

Pros: Very little. Location was good, and Marco did his best to resolve the problems he could.

Cons: Almost everything. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Furniture was falling apart, none of it matched, holes in the blankets, bathroom fixtures falling out of the wall, only one power socket in the room behind a table so we had to charge things in the tiny bathroom. Toilet was constantly running and had to be turned on and off at the wall ( they did not manage to fix it), pool was too filthy to swim in, no breakfast. They did replace blankets and tried to fix the toilet, but there is nothing to be done about the run down and ancient furniture and fittings other than a complete renovation. We were promised a refund for the second night, but have not gotten it yet.

Pros: We did enjoy the location in general. We also enjoyed coming back every day with our beds made and fresh Towels on our bed.

Cons: Honestly,, it did not bother us that it was outdated. What bothered us was one of the gentlemen that I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful. The other gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and had a very impressive mustache. But they could do just a few things around there to make it even nicer without spending a bunch of money. The swimming pool needed to be cleaned and there was trash everywhere. The air conditioner makes a horrible noise all night long and it's very outdated. I do think that we would have rather spent a little more money and had a little more comfortable stay.

Cons: TV remote did not work. Had to turn on TV and change voluminous at TV. VERY Noisy Sounded like a party with loud voices and music. Was afraid to go out or look out at night from 7-9. Noise started up at 6;30 in the AM. Bath towels were not very big like other motels/hotels. Wife saw silver fish in the bathroom sink. Checked out early, but no refund Conty says its bookings obligation and bookings says it is Conty

OK, if you’re looking to...

Pros: Less expensive than other Naples places to stay. Parking was very convenient. Pretty quiet.

Cons: The room and its furnishing were worn. The linens were not crisp/starchy. The towels were crisp and ok. There was a “resort charge,” but in my opinion the property is not a resort.
