    Cosy place in the center of mariahilfer

    Pros: Hospitallity was great and all the service members was very nice and helpfully Beds was fully comfotable and room was cleaned day by day. Breakfest was tasty and perfectly arrenged in dinning hall. Locations was great in the center of mariah hilfer and few steps to U3 Station

    Pros: The location was very good. Breakfast was good
    Cons: The bed had a foam matress and we were roasting in october and the air con to noisy to sleep with. We were room 22 and there is road works outside with a massive crane outside our window that started at 6am. The man at reception told me on 1st night that it wouldnt make a noise but it did. The towels have seen better days. More like a 3 star hotel

    Pros: The only positive was the location which was close to most of vienna's highlight icons.
    Cons: Arrived in the evening. Enterence two floors up. The small lift is at level one. So we had to use the stairs and left our big bags to where the lift is. The lift is so small we had to go one at a time with a bag. The room was ok size wise but walls and windows were so outdated. The sheets were dirty with marks and we found a bug on one of the beds. We had to request cleaning the bed and replacing the sheets. We looked for another hotel around the area to move to but all were full because of a big conference in town. When we returned the sheets were replaced with clean sheets and we had no choice but to stay. The breakfast was so basic. Reception staff were not so helpful.

    Great stay!

    Pros: Slightly dated but comfortable and feels homely. We are light sleepers, and room provided is quiet which was great. Charming little family owned hotel which serves up adequate breakfast for patrons. Will defo recommend to friends.
    Cons: A bit of walking after alighting from bus 13A from Wien Hbf. Also require approx. 20mins bus ride from Wien Hbf. We knew this ahead, so not a big issue. For those in a hurry, make sure to factor in traveling time.

    Pros: The location was fantastic. Close to transport and Innere Stadt. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions for our plans for each day. Breakfast was simple but there was plenty and continually replenished.
    Cons: Our fridge didn't work for our entire stay. They kindly allowed us to keep cold drinks in their fridge.
