Pros: The location was fantastic right on Playa Muro beach which is clean, clear and goes on for miles. The king sized bed was very comfortable and our side sea view was better than expected.

Cons: The walls a bit thin and we could hear neighboring rooms and people in the hallways. It was also odd to be there right up to the last day before the hotel closed for the season - Oct 31st. Which meant that activities, tours and restaurants nearby were either closed or not available. It would seem that we would have gotten the room for a greater discount, considering these things.

Amazing holiday for family with little children at this brilliant beach & sea front hotel

Pros: Very convenient location (close to the bus stop with the direct bus line - A32 - to the Palma International Airport; various restaurants and shops in walking distance). Good cleanness and facilities. Very friendly staff. Free Wifi with high speed and broad covering area. High quality breakfast with various choices of food and drink. Various entertainment programs through each day, suitable for both children and adults. Beautiful and comfortable swimming pool (large area) with many high quality umbrellas and beds, free of charge to hotel guests. Smaller separate swimming pool with slides and playing facilities for children. One glass wall and door to beach and sea. Nice bar and in-house entertainment facilities. The most favourite stuffed cat toy (small) of our son was accidently taken away (probably unnoticedly wrapped in bed sheets etc.) after room cleaning of one day. We reported its missing on the next day to the reception desk. The staff was very friendly and cared about it, and finally managed retrieving the cat toy for our son. We are very grateful to their effort and help. We had a 5-day amazing family holiday staying at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to any family with little children.

Cons: Ageing hotel, a couple of the rooms we tried were damp but staff were very obliging to get us moved

Bad food, bad rooms, bad attitude from staff..

Pros: Location is good

Cons: I dont normally write reviews.. but on this hotel I feel the need to write one.. Its less than 3 star hotel.. not sure show they got 4 star.. Staff were rude and inconsiderate.. food was below average.. would not recommend at all.. .. everything about the hotel was absolutely pathetic.. except the location it is at.

We defenitly go next year. I would recommend everyone especially with kids to stay in condessa if you visit Mallorca.

Pros: Great property next to beach and nice beach view from all rooms ..highly recommend for families with kids . Lots of kids programs in night and kids pool . Separate food section for kids . Nuggets and french frys available whole day next to kids pool. Nice buffet every day with live grill . Nice cocktail and mocktail unlimited if you opt for all inclusive.

Cons: Toilets and bathrooms are dirty and stinks whole day . We have complained and the service team came and checked and did something . But the stinky smell didnt go.
