    Cons: Bugs in bathroom The couch was so old I has scared to sit on it or put my things on it. But the part the took the cake. My wife cleaned her face and messed the towel up so they charge my card $200

    Pros: I am waiting for the manager to contact me for a refund. I booked 4 days, however I checked out day 2. The place had mold, a heater in the hall for warmth. Television did not work. My son and i were preparing for college visits. It was a horrible experience. Saturday we drove to Beaumont to visit Lamar. The itinerary was sent with free game tickets, which would have cause my son and I to travel late. I requested the days I did not stay refunded.
    Cons: The entire stay was poor

    Pros: It was more than the bare basics, compared to some other hotels, such as Extended stay America. At least they try a little. Alt least it wasn't creepy.
    Cons: The ants and the staff. Strange inconvenient policies. They charge $30, if you want to stay in the same room.

    Pros: The bed. Dinner and walk at nearby Chinatown.
    Cons: One of my rooms had ants crawling all over my laptop and desk. The desk had no desk light, and really the whole room was rather dark and run down. Bad experience but could have been worse.
