The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. Pros: The location was what we needed.

Cons: Where do I start? The front desk gave us a key to a room someone was in!! Imagine opening a door to someone being concerned. The parking situation wasn’t great. Our room was dirty!! Dog food on the floor of our room. Used soaps. Stains on everything. Broken and dirty couch. Dirty sheets. Would never stay here again. If it wasn’t the middle of the night, we would have left.

Cons: Dirty floors, cracked sink in bathroom, stains on curtains, carpet dirty, walls need painting. Breakfast area dirty and not attended to. Use to be our go to hotel when traveling through Arkansas. Not anymore.

Pros: Hotel was clean. Room was clean.

Cons: No night curtains to block out parking lot lights! WiFI was horrible weak to no signal.

Pros: Checking in the lady was really nice

Cons: First room I checked in hasn’t been cleaned beds wasn’t made and the hall smelted like weed, the 2nd was clean I guess still really dusty and chairs carpet need steamed cleaned
