Pros: Nothing!

Cons: Everything!! We didn't even stay at this hotel and was charged $98 for the room anyway. The hotel DID NOT CLEARLY state that they would not accept cash as payment for the room.

Pros: You need a better breakfast. The cereal was in a backroom. One day, there was no milk. The waffle irons were broke.

Pros: The sheets were SOOOO soft and the beds were very comfortable! And I have back problems so that is saying a lot. The lady at the front desk (afternoon shift) was very kind and accommodating!

Pros: Loved the bkfst, the room was great, the pool... not safe. The anti skid mat around the pool sliced my hands and grand daughter's leg and hand. Might stay here again after the ppol is rennovated and the slippery slate tiles are removed.

Pros: Value and comfort of bed, clean.

Cons: Bathroom had a lot of water damage that you could tell was attempted to be repaired. Wasn’t very inviting in that aspect. Music played in the hallway at all hours.

Pros: The room layouts are really nice I love that they have couches and separated rooms for living room like expirence showers are pretty decent they have microwaves and mininfridges some have 2 tvs I love the pool and the hot tub and second sink to get ready

Pros: The exclusive suite was amazing. Love how the beds are separated with the sliding door, and multiple tvs definitely comes in handy.

Pros: The location.

Cons: The pool was unsafe due to 5 kids running around without parents, making for extremely unsafe conditions. They were jumping into the spa, were using unsafe behavior, screaming at the top of their lungs, took my kids items, and were mocking my family and I after I reported them to staff and staff did absolutely NOTHING. The staff did not care that the 5 kids were there without parents, and only told them to stay off the gym equipment while wet. Staff was more co concerned about gym equipment than about safety! Staff did nothing and did not care! There were numerous safety issues at pool and in the elevator (broken cups and huge amounts of water on the floor that were more than pool dripping). Then received a noise complaint after only being in my room 15 min, which was retaliation for asking staff to do something about the kids at the pool unattended. When we packed up to leave, heard children running around screaming. My family and children were blamed for noise when were not even in the room for a few minutes, meanwhile nothing was done after major issues were going on with other guest unattended children. My children were never unattended and we were not even in the hotel for hours as we went shopping most of the night. Additionally the heater did not work and shower water was cold. Room and staff were extremely unsatisfactory, not including major pool safety issues!!!

Cons: The room. The beds were disgusting and nasty. The toilet clogged and they told me they will bring me a plunger to plunge the clogged toilet. When getting ready to take a shower the bathtub was also clogged.
