Pros: I loved how convenient it was to everything. Food wise and shopping centers. Also, the hardwood floors!

Pros: The girl at the front was very nice.

Cons: Checked in. We were tired and hungry so we went into our room and put our things down. We walked next door to bring dinner back. Got to the room, I was going to put my toiletries in the bathroom before eating. I went into the bathroom and discovered hair all over the shower wall. We immediately went to the front desk and the lady was very apologetic and offered a different room. We went to look at it before moving our things. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. Went back to the front desk and she again profusely apologized. I told her at this point I think I just wanted a refund if I could find another hotel. She said that since we booked through a 3rd party ( Booking.com) it would not be an immediate refund but she understood. By this time it was 10:30 at night and I could not find a decent hotel that had vacancy due to the State Gymnastics Competition. She offered her remaining room which was the handicap room. We went and the visual of the room looked clean. My husband just wanted to sleep and with no other hotels available, we had no choice but to sleep there. We went out to our truck, came back, we noticed the door looked warped. My husband pushed on it with little force and it popped open without the need for the key card. I was ready to leave at this point but my husband said if we locked the deadbolt from the inside it was secure. We tried it and it worked. However, if we had to both leave the room, that would leave our things unsecured. While at this point we were both exhausted and disgusted with the situation. We had no choice but to sleep there. We both slept very little and got up to leave in the morning. We realized at this point the toilet would not flush and was almost overflowing when it was flushed. I did go get a waffle for breakfast due to the fact that with all that went on the night before I never ate my dinner. I would hope a refund is offered by Booking.com or the hotel. My first and last time staying with this hotel chain.

Pros: The front desk switched me from the first floor to the third floor upon my request. I really appreciated the flexibility.

Cons: I ask for a Handicap room and the room that I have didn't have a bathroom for a Handicap person,no shower and the tub didn't have bars on wall, my husband have a lot of problems taking a shower,is a good hotel,but not for handicap
