    Nice place with a couple...

    Pros: Nice room, comfy beds, friendly check-in staff and breakfast staff
    Cons: Pool was really cold, and our room wasn't cleaned at all. We had to ask for towels and to have the trash taken out, and then we had to ask for a new trash bag. On the last morning the cleaning staff knocked on our door to clean finally, even though we were checking out in less than two hours.

    Pros: Location was great for the airport. We loved the shuttle to the airport. This truely saved us from the strees of driving into the airport and back to the hotel.
    Cons: I would have liked the breakfast to start at 530 instead of 630.

    Great Experience

    Pros: Prime location - 3-5 mins away from CVG airport and 40 mins away from Noah's Ark. Many restaurants and a shopping area are also very close by. Room is a bit outdated however, it had all the amenities we needed and beds were super comfortable. Hotel provides airport shuttle and free breakfast. They also provide coffee and water throughout the day. Staff is welcoming and well- knowledgeable. Check in and out process was fast and easy. I recommend staying at this hotel to all guests.

    Very Good

    Price was good for what I needed. No outdoor pool. Indoor pool is small.

    Pros: Breakfast was good! Good variety!
    Cons: Parking was very limited! Laundry facilities need much improvement. No vending machines on my floor. Did have ice machine on my floor.

    Disappointing

    Need refurbish n updates to...

    Pros: The staff was nice when we seen them n breakfast option was decent
    Cons: 1st the bathroom tub was horrible. It was rusted, even stains in bottom of tub. Door had a chipping that almost got in my our hand. Also, my bed almost tilted over; that was scary, So I had to be careful getting on it or off. Went to tell the Mgr, but he said one wldnt be available till Sunday...however, we had to leave very early so I didn't get to share my complaints b4 I left Sunday. For what I paid, I expected better. I have pics n will definitely mk others aware of what to expect.
