Cons: One morning was told my the front desk clerk that breakfast was over but it was actually still going on.

Cons: There was an almost choking smell of people smoking pot at the grilling area out front. The smell of weed gives my wife anxiety, so we almost didn't stay the night, but she held her breath and powered through. Otherwise, the carpet in our room had a few stains.

I would never stay here...

Pros: The breakfast was a good selection and the front desk person, MyKayla tried making our stay accommodating. She went out of her way to help us.

Cons: The room was dirty, blood in toilet, stains all over the floors in hallway and room, hair in my daughter's bed! Hallway and room smelled like pot soo bad!

Pros: It was close to the interstate. I was able to get to my dad easy and help him with his appointments which is why I had to come to St. Louis.

Cons: I intentionally asked for a room on the 1st floor when I booked my reservation (health issues). However, when I got there, I was given a 4th floor room. Even after I had been calling for days to make sure that I was being put on the 1st floor. My room had plenty of ants in it (and not just in the bathroom). The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, unfortunately I had to clean it in order to use anything in it. The top of the backsplash around the sink was black I thought that it was mildew. But I looked a little further, and I took a Clorox wipe and went around the backsplash, low and behold it all came off. I had to clean out the microwave & refrigerator also. This place is no longer a non-smoking establishment. The cigarette and the marijuana smoking in the building and right at the front door is just too much. I complained to a number of the staff members, but it fell on deaf ears. Most staff members lack Customer Service skills (General Manager on down need retraining). People without handicapped stickers/license were parking in the handicap spaces so that the handicap people couldn't park in them. They were also parking in the fire lanes and other non-parking areas making it hard to get around. The black spots on the towel are ants. I didn't have any ant spray at the time, so I used their towel since I had my own, thank God. The other pictures are of the Clorox wipe I used to clean around the bathroom backsplash.

Cons: I arrived after dark and parking in a well lit area was very limited. Guests were hanging out in groups outside the hotel smoking. The clerk at the desk was not professionally dressed at all. The deadbolt on my room did not work once the door was closed.

Pros: Nothing at all!

Cons: Hotel seemed like it faced backwards as entrance was in back,parking was limited. Once inside the hotel the halls had a STRONG odor of Marijuana. This odor never left. Hotel is VERY dated and rooms and bath showed it! Not a typical Comfort Inn at all!

Cons: Hotel smelled like weed. Parking was inconvenient. Bathroom was not clean. Door did not lock properly. Toilet was clogged when we got there. Even the furniture in our room was dirty.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Location was convenient to family and to worship service.

Cons: There was a metal piece sticking out on the bed frame, and I would scratch my leg if I wasn't paying close attention.. There was no hook on the bathroom door for robes/clothes, and the shower was different, so we had to ask for help; no information about operating tv remote.

Cons: The room had a very bad smell. The toilet was dirty like someone just used it or it was not cleaned. Marijuana was throughout the motel. Overall just dirty

Pros: The front desk staff was very nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.

Cons: We requested a linen and fresh towel change at the front desk. He said he'd add the room to the list. I saw the housekeeper and asked when she would be coming. She said if it's not on her list she wasn't doing it. The attitude is what pissed me off.

Cons: Our shower water had a steady stream constantly coming from it. Our table had ants all over a d and random bugs. The sheets were stained with some bright color. There was a beer cap by the table. Our window was broken and "fixed" with tape.

Pros: The person who checked me in was polite and efficient and nice.

Cons: The rim around the sink is caked in mold. The bed had a hard bar in the middle. I forgot something in the room and called for 20 minutes and never got through to the front desk. Had to drive back and look my self for what I left.
