    Cons: The front desk clerk wanted to manually store my credit card information rather than swipe the card at the terminal. When I asked him what he was doing he said he didn't trust the machine. I told him in so many words that I didn't trust him.

    Pros: The hotel staff was absolutely awesome. Breakfast was good and the property was clean.
    Cons: My key card didnt work on all the doors, and my door had to be shut a certain way to latch, but the manager (whom was in the middle of another job down the hall when I mentioned it) stopped to check it out and fix it immediately for us.

    Comfortable accommodations

    Pros: The hotel was very clean and the furnishings were modern. Our room faced the highway which we thought would be loud from road noise. It was not. It was very quiet overnight. The bed was comfortable and even though it's a small detail, the bedside lamps had outlets in the bases so no searching for a place to plug in electronics. The owner of the hotel checked us in and was very nice and accommodating.

    Cons: The desk person for the first night was extremely rude when I told him the air conditioning in the room did not work and the ice machine did not work. He was rude and not accommodating at all. He seemed to be irritated that I wanted a different room. I ended up being rude to him as well. Not a good experience.

    Overall it sucked

    Pros: Breakfast was ok
    Cons: Did not get a handicap room which I reserved. The sheets on the bed were dirty, the pillows stunk and the room was not clean. The air conditioner was not working properly and the room was not cool at all

    Disappointing

    Pros: Staff was very polite and friendly. When ask everything was taken care of immediately.
    Cons: Our door keys only worked once then had to be reset every time we left the room. Pool had green tint to water. Had to ask for fresh towels after first day. Couch was stained, dirty. Breakfast was cold first morning, second morning was ok.

    A "mistake" that turned out fine.

    Pros: Hotel was better than expected based on some reviews we had read. Actually intended to book another hotel but booked this one by mistake. Pleasantly surprised. The room was clean (with one exception) and A/C worked fine. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was adequate and had more offerings than expected.
    Cons: There was a bar of soap left in the shower. The rest of the bathroom and the room itself was very clean.

    Pros: We liked everything about the hotel except a few things about the pool. Good service and friendly staff, also good breakfast. Will be coming back.
    Cons: Didn't like the fact that the pool had a sort type of salt, but other than that, everything was great.

    Disappointing

    We would not stay again.

    Pros: Breakfast looked old, blah and poor quality.
    Cons: Upon arrival the towels folded in the bathroom were damp, front desk replaced with no questions asked or apology. The front desk attendant was sitting on a couch in the entry on his cell phone. He ran around the counter to check us in. When I came for assistance with the wet towels he was again sitting on the sofa on his phone. Not very professional. Breakfast looked awful-we decided to skip it!
