The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. At present, there are over 2,600 operating hotels under the Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites brand of Choice Hotels nationwide.

Pros: This hotel is an older building but very well maintained. Very clean and every staff member was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a different daily selection. The biscuits and gravy were my personal favorite. Highly recommend

Pros: Nothing. No staff member in n duty to greet us and check us in. After 30 min of being on the phone with 1-800 comfort inn employees phone, he walks out and acts like we woke him! I communicated my feelings on his lack of communication, disrespect and inappropriate behavior after trying to check in at midnight and no service until 12:30 and then he threatened to not check us in. I told him his behavior was unacceptable and rude. The company needs to fire him after reviewing the cameras. I want follow up and left a message from the GM and still no call back after leaving a detailed message. We had to go to another hotel. They didnt honor their commitment or service. I was a Director of Sales at a Holiday Inn in Indiana and NEVER would this ever happen. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism, no apologies made and no service. Ridiculous.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to take care of us to the best of their abilities.

Cons: I booked the room that told me I would be getting 3 beds. I got checked in and up to the room and there were only 2 queen beds. So I double checked my email records and it showed I was supposed yo have to 2 queen and the pull out bed, but didn't receive it. So I went and talked to the front desk and she said they were sent from booking that it was just the 2 queen beds. She couldn't give me the room with 3 beds. She told me that all the other rooms where completely bookd and she didn't have anything else so I had to have some of my family sleep on the floor. Which is very sad, as the floors in hotels are really not very clean no matter how much they have been vacuumed. And they are also not comfortable. That is very poor work of booking to not assure that the customer gets what they were asking for, but I got charged the price if it.

Pros: The swimming pool & hot tub looked amazing although we did not use. Breakfast was great.

Cons: Our bathroom smelled like mold really bad! Our toilet ran all night long very loudly! We did not get any sleep because of the toilet noise. We were told "leave or get used to it". We would have left but kids were sleeping already and it was 12:30am.

Cons: The air temperature in the pool area was too warm!!! The next morning the pool area was closed because of a ph problem. So one of the reasons we chose to stay there was because of the hot tub and pool which we never used due to the heat and ph problem. Disappointed
