The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. Comfort Inn is the hotel brand under the Choice Hotels group that was founded in 1981. The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. Cons: Charge $20 fee when checking in for incidentals. This fee is supposed to be reimbursed if not needed. Since there was no mini bar in the room I am not sure why they feel the need to institute this charge.

Cons: This is NOT a 3 star hotel and rating should be adjusted to 2 or 2 1/2. The rooms are not very nice, hotel and rooms were dirty, staff refused to help clean up some of the garbage in our hallway, toilet in one room was soiled. Lights out In common areas
