Pros: Check in was fast. You could tell it was recently renovated in some of the aspects so if you looked at it from a high-surface level it seemed very nice, which is why we chose it in the first place. It had a mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, and coffee pot.

Cons: There's so much I didn't like it's hard to be short with this answer but I'll do my best. Check in I wasn't told my room number and when I asked she pointed to the card. I needed to open it to see. Fine, but why not tell me as every other place does especially since I asked. We check into our room and we go to turn on the air to find that it is a manual switch that has a few manual options and that's it. So good luck in the middle of the night when you want to turn it off... Actually, there will be light when you need to change the temperature because the blackout curtain doesn't pull even halfway over the window. There's a semi-sheer pull-down curtain that you can definitely see through. No idea if there's a clear view from the outside like there is from the inside and I didn't want to b venture out to find out. So we just avoided the window as best as we could. The door was not flush with the frame at all and you could not only see light through three of the four sides but you could hear EVERYTHING like people were in the room with you. I know things aren't sound proof but this was next-level clarity of every single noise outside our room. Went to the ice machine, which is broken. The only ice machine that works is one on the fifth floor. Fine, it's fine. We get ice and go back to the room. Trying to work the TV was a hilarious jump back to the late 90's. It had cable. It was a smart TV so we tried casting but couldn't because their TV wasn't connected to any WiFi and they blocked the option to do so. We could mirror a screen with an android (not apple). So, luckily my husband's android was able to screen share so we could watch something like people do in the decades. There is hair all around the bathroom. It's definitely not been thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub has a huge chunk chipped off and the faucet has a steady drip.
