Pros: The staff in friendly, the rooms are new, however beds are not. I only say this as iv stayed on three different occasions and each room beds what not good

Pros: Hotel is in a great location very easy to find and right near two of my favorite fast food restaurants.

Cons: Hotel bathroom could’ve used a extra clean, tv doesn’t get a lot channels.

Cons: First Lady that greeted me upon arrival had amazing customer service, the second day I booked, the front desk agent Renad was extremely rude. She refused to provide a receipt for my stay and would roll her eyes when I spoke. This was extremely unprofessional.

Pros: The room was not smokey that we stayed in. And the cleanliness.

Cons: The door key kept giving trouble. Was told they are in the process of changing them. And recliner was needed.

How I survived a night...

Pros: I had gone to this specific location quite a few times as in the past, all expectations were met, but this time was so bad, I'm never coming back.

Cons: The weekend I stayed there was a extremely UNRULY group on young people who invited a ton of people who were not paying guests and they ransaked the hotel with drugs, alchohol and extreme profanity. The Majority of these disrespectful young people were African American and acted like criminal thugs, pounding on my door and walls and having Rap music playing so loud and smoking pot, and trashing the hallways and parking lot. But oh no, we can't judge.. smh... This hotel only had one person on staff who was scared out of his mind to do anything. I told this person to call the police twice and he basically looked at me like a deer in headlights. It was so bad and lasted all night, I guess the police finally came around 4am, but it was too late. The manager the next day when I confronted her basically told me that she was sorry but OFFERED ZERO Compensation. She knew I spent my money and had a night of HELL and then DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. And on top of all that, there was a huge pee stain on the comforter that didn't come off in the wash, but they still put it on the bed, and we didn't even have covers. IT WAS THE WORST, and believe me, when they read this, they will know and blame it on unruly kids deciding to have a halloween bash and ruin the whole night for all the paying guests, I can only imagine management stuck their head in the ground and hoped just saying sorry would be ok, but now you lost a customer who was coming at least 5 times a year when I visit my son

Pros: Front desk staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons: Had to change rooms twice. First room the toilet was broken, second room had flies everywhere. In all three rooms the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower.

Great facility

Pros: In exception the man, the girls were amazing. Room is nice and clean. Bed is the best.

Cons: We didn’t like the man who works at the hotel yelling at the girls at the front desk. That was scary. We needed to travel again and we preferred stay in somewhere else because of that. He was aggressive with the ladies.

Pros: The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was a huge mound of dirt that we unfortunately tracked into the room across the sidewalk to the outside private entrance. Then we where charged for "breaking the bathroom door" ruining bath towels (how I don't know by getting them wet I suppose. And tracking in the mud. (Which was minimal) all before we checked out.

Cons: Billing and after stay customer service.

Comfortable and affordable.

Pros: The location is good for visiting Syracuse University! It’s great that it’s pet friendly too.

Cons: There was a leak in our bathroom—water dripping from upstairs right over our toilet! But they offered to move us immediately so the staff was on it.
