The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States.     Disappointing

    Dissatisfaction

    Pros: I was checked in at 10:45 pm and shortly after got the room, I came to know the toilet flushing system was not working. Instantly I tried to call the front desk and the phone was dead; went to the front desk and explained the situation to the lady sitting over there but her shift was about to finish (it was 10:58 pm); so she said she will inform the next person who is going to start from 11:00 pm. I came back again at 11:10 pm and explained again the new person and also the previous lady explain it to him and asked him is there any other room available or not; and she said they have a king bedroom. The new person checked it and said he cant do anything for us. Luckily we booked two rooms and had to use the other room.
    Cons: Rechecking everything before guest arrived

    We usually travel by camper & this just means that we wont be getting hotel rooms any time soon.

    Pros: It was a very clean room but the breakfast wasnt that great.
    Cons: It was exceptionally noisy so that we hardly got a good nights sleep. We know that this has nothing to do with the hotel but maybe they should try to enforce quiet times.

    Disappointing

    It wasn't horrible, but we won't return

    Pros: The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for our family of four. The staff was pleasant.
    Cons: The breakfast was awful and ended too early. There was no brewed coffee, just a Nescafe machine. The elevator was broken. The carpets were very dingy.
