    Halls were noisy and swelled...

    Pros: Water was hot! Beds were decent pillows were comfy
    Cons: The 3rd elevator door didn't open all the way so that didn't settle well. Halls smelled like weed. The stairwells were dirty floors looked like they haven't been mopped in months. And the housekeeper I know gets there papers in the morning which let's them know who has checked out or who will be. Checking out she came to our room didn't knock nor say housekeeping she tried to open our door at 8:20 in the morning which we had the safety lock on so she could open the door knowing check out is 11am. Very disappointed. There wasn't enough towels for a double queen room.

    Overall it was a great...

    Pros: The room was exactly what I was looking for, a large suite with 3 beds and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
    Cons: It’s looking a little worse for wear. Water damage on the wall in the hallway outside our room. Our door was hard to open.

    Pros: I didn't stay long enough for breakfast.
    Cons: By bed had bed bug!!! It was a nightmare. I moved out of the hotel that night. I only stay about two hours.

    I won't stay here again....

    Pros: Convenient location, just off I-80 and near my friends' place. Bed comfortable. Heating system maintained a comfortable temperature despite issues described below. Some staff members helpful: when I found that the coffee-maker in my room didn't work, they quickly replaced it.
    Cons: Missing or damaged gasket on window temperature-control unit: with north wind, lots of cold outside air came in through it. Wi-fi worked well on the day I checked in. The next morning, however, I could connect to the (open) network, but couldn't get to the page on which to enter the access code, so didn't have Internet access. The desk staff were unhelpful, only telling me that it worked fine for them and not offering any useful suggestions. Elevators small, with a sign limiting them to four passengers; one of the three not working. At check-out time, it took a long time to get a space in an elevator from the 7th floor down to the lobby. Poor sound insulation: I heard the occupant of the next room coughing, and doors slamming noisily along the hall.

    I would not want to...

    Pros: Some of the staff were very sweet and welcoming even if we just said hello.
    Cons: The room was dirty, there were live and dead flies in tbe bath tub. The water took over 30mins to heat up so my daughter who is 7 had to take a tepid shower. When we checked in the lady at the counter didnt ask me which card we wanted to use to pay for the room and ran my card on file. We are a military family on orders to another base so wanted to use our travel card. I had to wait 6 days total for my personal card to be refunded the total of 320$.

    Disappointing

    It was a decent stay...

    Pros: The location was great, right down the road from everything we needed. The pool was a nice size and decent selection for breakfast.
    Cons: Oh dear, the bathroom floors/walls had scuffs all over them. The bedding was dirty and stained. Immediate turn off.

    Great price for wonderful rooms...

    Pros: The suite room was a good size and had a kitchenette. I appreciated the privacy door that separated the two rooms. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, I forgot my dental partial in the room. However, the manager, Mario, went out of his way to locate it and mail it back to me in my hometown. His hands-on service deserves a 100-star rating!

    Cons: -Room smelled like air freshener covering up smoke -main light switch didn’t work -tv remote didn’t work -bathroom had hair from prior guests in shower -police were there upon arrival escorting someone out -elevator “ down” button did not work

    Cons: The Mattress was so disgusting, the bathroom ceiling was dirty, the room walls were dirty and damaged, there was no hot water, the bathroom floors were chipping overall the rooms were horrible!
