Pros: This hotel was disgusting. We checked in and ended up leaving. The shower was nasty. The rails in the bathroom hung to the floor. The whole place smelled like weed. The guy next door had a pit bull who growled at us coming in the door.

Pros: Great location. Near walking trails and shopping.

Cons: The flooring in our room was buckling by sink.

Cons: The roaches and ants in the room, the cheap air freshener used by the cleaning staff. It was so strong my head was stuffy, and my eyes watered for the entire visit. The staff couldn’t offer any help except to tell me to open my window. Temperatures this past weekend were in the 40s at night. The first room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room they gave me wasn’t made up yet, it wasn’t ready, there weren’t even sheets on the bed. I stayed in the third room, in spite of the smell from the air freshener because they told me that’s what the cleaning staff uses in all the rooms. The front desk made no apologies for any of this. While their English was grammatically correct, their Middle Eastern accents were so heavy they were very difficult to understand. Breakfast?, a cheap effort, and I’m guessing they were probably some health code violations also. Most of the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and/or pot smoke, in spite of signs posted everywhere that it was a no smoking hotel. And they charged my debit card for the full stay when I checked in. I’ve never experienced that before and didn’t appreciate it at all. I didn’t notice it until the day I was getting ready to leave. I’m about to leave my review on Yelp so others don’t have to suffer. Every single time I went to the front desk there was someone else there complaining about something to do with their room. This place is awful and the staff seemed clueless about how irritated and disappointed their guests were.

Cons: People upstairs wss loud and couldn't sleep the room needled updates and the bathroom was small. I couldn't get housekeeping unless I came down to the front desk early.

Cons: The vanity sink leaked horribly and there was no hot water to it. The kitchen area faucet sprayed water everywhere, the door to the bedroom areas did not close all the way because it was crooked which was important to us due to having two dogs that needed to be separated, the whole reason for booking a king suite. I asked for the linens to be changed the morning of the third day which was not done when we got back late that day. Breakfast choices were toast, waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, or refrigerated packaged boiled eggs

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM

Cons: I booked this hotel for a wedding guest and thought it was nice because of the location but the guest read the reviews and they were all bad, even recent ones and she did not want to stay there. There was even a recent review about roaches. She wanted a different hotel but when I called to cancel, they told me that I would loose my money because it was a non refundable room. I tried to explain that we were only canceling because of the bad reviews however, the hotel and booking.com were no help and I have been booking with booking.com for years. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It was my wedding and I lost almost $300. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and booking.com showed me that they only care about the money and NOT the customer.
