Pros: The location was ideal. Very close to the downtown and beach. I found the room well laid out and relatively spacious. And very cute. Helpful and responsive staff. Lovely breakfast.

Cons: I had one hiccup with check-in. When booking, I noted their check in was until 10pm. So I made sure I would arrive with extra time (9pm). I stepped out of my taxi at 9:15pm to locked doors. I knocked on the doors but there was no response, movement in the dark foyer. I ended up turning on my roaming so that I could call the hotel. The gentleman was very prompt and helpful and welcomed/unlocked the doors right away. Once connected to the Hotel's wifi, i discovered that they had emailed me around 8:30pm with the access code and instructions for my arrival. Unfortunately as I was travelling and dependent on wifi, this was not effective communication. Perhaps, might I suggest for travellers to take advantage of the wifi at the train sations before hopping in a taxi/bus. And better yet, I suggest that the hotel make this communication some days prior so plenty of time for travellers without data to know what to expect. Otherwise, very pleasant stay and still would recommend staying here.

Pros: Good ratio value/money, very nice receptionist, comfy bed, blackout curtains, overall clean, nice bed sheets & towels,good location. So taking into consideration this category of hotels (within a budget), we were pleased! Parking is available on the streets around (with extra pay).

Cons: I cannot comment here, this is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for, there could be things to improve - the overall renovation of the hotel.

Cons: I talked to the most unprofessional staff I could know for a 3 star hotel. I received a message from the hotel with the information that I could leave my bagages from 11 am. i went to the hotel at 13h30 and so surprise, there was no one there. Hence, I called hotel number and they said that there is no staff till 14h and told me that I need to know this, then yelled at me and hung up the phone on me before I could say anything else.

Cons: the wifi was not working in our room, so we had to stay in the corridor for that. Since we needed to be online for some hours, this was nog comfy at all.

Cons: The bathroom door lock in our room was a bit rickety. There was a shelf without doors to keep things. The room was a bit small. There was no elevator if someone had huge bags, it would be a disadvantage not in our case
