Worked ok for us as only used it as a place to sleep really but too much noise from other rooms

Pros: Location and good coffee at bar by reception . Staff were excellent.

Cons: Noise from other rooms , not so much the people but the noise the doors make when being closed in other rooms. The kettle was non useable as the handle gets way too hot too use. My friends room 4002 had a nasty damp smell in it he told me after we left.

Pros: Location was good being close to a few coves with beaches. The hotel itself was ok, the food was quite good, not much variety, particularly for vegetarians. The pools were nice and the studios were quite spacious.

Cons: The air on seemed to have been switched off as soon as the occupancy fell. It became unbearable to be in the apartment for even a short amount of time. Having spoken to reception over two days, nothing was done about it. The food in the restaurant was good but pretty much the same each day apart from the last day. Also, the outside lighting on our block was terrible, leaving it quite unsafe to wander back on your own as most light switches didnt work.

Cons: The rooms are now becoming a little tired need a refurbishment for the money being paid. Could be made much better with good quality paint and decorating.

Cons: When we arrived people were waiting for there pick ups and were using lounge area basically as beds ! And cups from all inclusive were left more than 10 in foyer area! Not a good appearance when arriving on 1st day.

Cons: The room was horrible. The smell of mold in the room was disgusting, you could see mold on the walls, very unhealthy. There was a hole in the ceiling where ants could come and go. I asked to change rooms but, as I was there in August, there was nothing available. But to be honest, the rooms in the ground floor were all pretty bad, at least the ones in the building we stayed in. Our apartment was 4001 and the guests next door also said that theyre room was smelly and moldy. A very unpleasant smell also comes out from the drains, which is also disappointing. I must confess that when I first opened my door, my whole idea of a great staying was gone. I believe that mold is no joke and should be looking into. This needs to be checked and money needs to be invested to get those rooms a good renovation. My family was also in the hotel and their room was better. I would not recommend the hotel and I will not return, as this is a Russian roulette. You might get an ok room but might be getting a moldy hole with hole.

Cons: Door key cards constantly malfunctioned, pool area cracked dangerous tiles, toilet in studio apartment constant smell of foul sewage coming up from toilet, reception staff quite rude and dismissive with the exception of Ben who was fantastic. Family apartment not set up on arrival for 2 kids beds, requested multiple times and no beds set up after that.. eventually housekeeping threw 2 sheets in the door and told us to make beds ourselves amd gave no pillows! Very poor!!
