Cons: It was like solving a puzzle whenever you wanted to turn on a light switch - they were located all Over the show and the lighting was not good - quite dark, sofa bed was not made up, no servicing during stay - not great value for money - wanted a coffee cup which I found on last day located in lounge room Not in kitchen cupboard which one would expect

Pros: Pools and hot tubs great, attached market amazing. Room with the kitchen and laundry really good amenities. So helpful to have the washing machine in the suite. Large bedroom with comfortable bed.

Cons: The pull out couch mattresses were like laying on the floor. So hard! Thankfully the staff provided us with alternative mattresses that were less firm the second night after I asked for some sort of solution. Check out time of 10 am is quite early and check in at 4 is late. Parking in the underground was limited and right spaces but I am grateful they had parking.

Cons: Although the room was great, we were located at the back of the property and the work traffic and bus at 6:30am was a little of a unexpected wake up call.

Great facility but a little overpriced for what you get in your actual room for comfort and convenience.

Pros: Nice size room (2 bedroom) Adult recreational amenities were wonderful. VERY clean hotel. VERY friendly staff.

Cons: Has not changed in last decade from when it was Intrawest..a little outdated. Room was very thinly stocked, especially in the kitchen (absolute bare minimum) Although guest services said to call if we needed anything, for the price we paid, most items should have been in our roomcomparing to other properties weve rented. Eg. for 6 adults..one cutting board, one platter, one sheet pan, one large bowl, one pan..etc. Hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable.

Loved staying at Hilton Grand

Pros: The staff were friendly and our room probably needs to be upgraded, but it was clean and comfy. The bathroom was awesome, big bath and lush products.Parking was easy and a quick walk to the lift. Would definatly stay again.

Worst stay at a Hilton Ive ever had.

Pros: Location and proximity to central village was good

Cons: We were seniors travelling - gave us a room under a room with young child who ran around, jumping off bed, until 11 pm then cried for half hour. Family room (with dual entrance that we shared) next to us was up at 6 am doing dishes and packing up so dual door was constantly slamming. Our coffee machine did not work and worse of all, there were earwigs on the walls by our beds.
