DISASTER! BEDBUGS! AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Cons: BEDBUGS IN THE BED!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! I had to move out of the hotel to another place at midnight when I only noticed the bugs and the bites. But I think that if I had managed to fall asleep without knowing what was in the bed, I would have experienced even more disgusting moments in the morning. The staff apologized to me, but it was obvious that they were not surprised by the vermin. They have appeared in other rooms as well and it seems to happen there regularly. I got the money back the next morning. Disgusting experience!

Pros: Best price in Venice, yes its far away but if youre a student or with middle income, this hotel is a good option for you.

Cons: They kept the dirty towels ;(, the queen bed was made of 2 beds, if you love hugs impossible to do them.

Pros: For the price, all my expectations were met. The hotel is located nicely and it's easy to walk to the city centre. We booked this one to save some money on visiting Venice, which you will need a car for. Room was cleaned, bed comfortable, quiet at night. Reception is 24 hours which was perfect. For such a good price I was very happy with my staying there. Would come back.

Pros: This is a very good 3* hotel. I was here with some friends for the Venice carnival and we got 7 rooms. At the beginning I was a little concerned because this hotel has some bad reviews but immediately when we got there we were welcomed by very nice and polite girls. They did everything to make our stay perfect and I want to thank them. This hotel is very clean, the rooms were small but perfect for the price, very confortable. The heating sistem was functional making our rainy days very cozy and warm. In the morning there is a coffee machine and if you need something to eat there is a Lidl very near. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and bus number 8E takes you directly to Venice Piazzale Roma. Also in front if the hotel is the bus station to the Train station Mestre and there you can get a but to thw airport (11 euro). Perfect location, very good price, clean, warm and cozy. Elevatir worked perfectly. Thank all the receptionists for beeing fantastic!!! Will definitely vome back here when visiting Venice!

Pros: I have been staying at this hotel for fourth time. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Rooms are very clean and warm.

Cons: The terrace door was permanently closed. As there were no windows, I had no fresh air for the whole stay.
