Cons: The bed sheets had stains and the floor and walls were in bad conditions. You could see dirt on the bathroom floor and cracks and humidity on the walls. It also smelled of humidity.

Pros: Near with convenient shop and bank, easy to find Grab, 10-15 minute to Tanah Abang and shopping mall. Every Sunday morning, just in front the hotel morning market.

Cons: Air-con not function even called to check or repair but still same. Bathroom look old. No provide soap and toothbrush for 2nd day. Breakfast to simple.. You need to ask the staff to refill the coffee or food.

Pros: Location! it is in the center of business district and easy access to public transportation.

Cons: Breakfast. Tooooo light. Should be added with one more item 'LAUK' instead of only rice and one item. Well, I don't deserve more I guess from a two-star hotel, you got what you paid. However, adding one more item in rice menu would be an added value. It won't affect much financially to the hotel though :-)

Pros: Didnt find any problem with wifi (for normal text messaging and browsing, did not try for movies). Location is good.

Cons: Restaurant (breakfast) : we arrived 20 minutes before the breakfast time ended and there was no more food. I asked staff and they just said they did not restock food anymore, not even plain white bread. I also found out that some of the fresh plates were often dirty that i had to select carefully. Cleanliness : daily housekeeping cleaned up well but somehow i found old blood stain on my blanket :( Room : on the first night we found out our sink leaked, and asked to change room. They asked us to move immediately to new room because they wanted to sell the room right away (instead of repairing the leaking sink...) Key : following our room change, reception apparently did not fix their administration accordingly. 3 out of 8 nights of our stay we had to return downstairs to reception everytime we returned in the evening, as they disabled our room key. At reception they mistaken our name with other guest and asked if we extended stay (we have paid full in advance), proving they did not manage the room switch since the beginning and all the following evenings we had returned.

Downtown budget hotel near airport-link...

Pros: This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Sudirman-BNI airport-link railway station. Trains from this station will take you straight to the airport. The MRT station, Dukuh-Atas is also not far away. The staff is friendly. Good value for your money for a hotel in this area. This is a budget hotel so do not expect 4 or 5 star luxury. I had a room with a nice view, but the room was pretty small. The AC works fine and the wifi is free and the speed is above average. Staff is friendly.

Cons: There is not much storage space in the room and there is no fridge! A kettle is provided to make tea/coffee. Breakfast is very basic, but ok for a budget hotel.

It was a good stay...

Pros: The location - Its close to Sudirman Station and also Airport Transfer BNI station - only a walking distance. The food stalls by the road side are marvelous. Also, every 1st sunday of the month there will be a car free day and the road fill with food stalls and all kinds of thing. It became a market.

Cons: The breakfast - they dont provide variety choices and does not top up the food if they were finished. And also I was expecting for some Indonesian cuisine as we were in Indonesia, but instead they provide the classic American Breakfast - Omellete / Scramble eggs. But nevermind! They are whole food stall lining up the street outside, my advice, you may go and have your breakfast there <3

Pros: Best location , near NBI city airport rail station, great for airport access.. Very nice staff because the owner are wonderful person.

Pros: Location and the friendly staff. Very close to Sudirman Komuter station. Also walking distance to the BNI Station, a few stops away when taking the train from the airport. Local breakfast served by the hotel is tasty but little variety.

Cons: The bathroom (toilet and shower) is a completely glass compartment within a small bedroom, right next to the bed. The bottom 1 foot space of the bathroom is transparent. The space above the door is open. Elsewhere is opaque. There's no place to hang clothes inside the shower. Lack of privacy to use the bathroom. Toilet paper quantity is 1/4 of normal hotel. No fridge and only two pieces of hangers to hang clothes for two people. During weekends they have guests singing karaoke in the lobby/restaurant right next to the reception. Can be noisy.
