    A pleasant, clean, tidy and charming hotel for quiet respite and well located for accessing events on the east side of M

    Pros: The fancy old-fashioned style of the hotel is well kept and presented nice and neatly. Good quality & value for the price; clean and tidy hotel and room & bathroom; location was convenient; parking was readily available; breakfast was satisfactory, on the basic side, which I expected for the price. Although the room faced the highway I was surprised that I didnt hear the traffic as loud as Id expected & it was quite muted.
    Cons: The room had a single narrow window so the room didnt get much natural light. Not a big deal, as I had the lights on to brighten the room.

    Pros: Well appointed. Good location. Quiet area. Good breakfast.
    Cons: All was good except their was no hot water in the shower. Reported to staff who advised it would be fixed. After 30 minutes with no result I again approached staff to see what was happening. Advised still waiting for technician. I was advised that if not fixed I would be compensated. I advised I was not happy paying $200 a night and no hot water. Staff advised they would ring me when they had an answer on if it was fixable. No advice was given. No compensation settled on check out. They would look into it. Not good enough for this quality hotel chain.

    Pros: It was neat and tidy. Had all the facilities.
    Cons: Breakfast was free and we were told at the reception it will be hot breakfast. But, unfortunately on the 2nd day it was cold breakfast. The reception had no idea about the agreed room rent with booking.com and ended up charging 5% more. Not happy!!!
