Cons: The first-floor lobby bathrooms were locked constantly. The hotel is understaffed. My card keys malfunctioned two different times during my stay. I could've used an ottoman with the sofa chair.

Pros: Great location right off the highway near shops and restaurants. Spacious clean room with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Shower had decent water pressure with plenty of hot water. Grab and go breakfast items.

Cons: Outdated old building. Drafty cold room took hours to get warm enough. Disgusting weak in-room coffee. Terrible lighting in the bathroom mirror area.

Cons: You get what you pay for.. this hotel gives me a run-down motel vibe, especially the outside entrance...our room carpet floor was soaking wet From AC unit.. water drift from the inside of the room instead.. my whole luggage and clothes got wet as well.we didn't notice untill the next morning when my kids run and slip from it...also management didn't do any about bc I didn't book it directly from them, they told me to contact booking.com and complain to them

Pros: I liked nothing about this entire interaction.

Cons: I booked a room online, for my mom, my daughter and myself. We were visiting my brother who was transferred to a hospital in the area, (following an emergency amputation) for more surgery. We were wanting to stay a night in order to speak with his doctor the following day. 30 minutes after I reserved the room, we were at the front desk to check in. That is when we were informed of the mandatory $200 damage deposit. This trip was not planned at all and I did not have the 200 to put on hold til check out. My mom would have used her card but when she asked to see the room before handing over the deposit, she was told no. If it stated there was an additional 200 deposit, I would not have picked that particular hotel. We picked that hotel because it there was a restaurant on site- which was not true. So, I asked to cancel the reservation. The person behind the desk said that the manager handles situations like this and makes the decision about refunds but she would not be in til Monday. (this was a Saturday afternoon/eve). So I called booking.com to explain the situation and they tried to reach out to the Clarion and got no answer. Mind you, the one person working was standing right in front of me the whole time. Anyway, we waited in the lobby for an answer that never came. After several hours, we asked to use the restroom. (My 80 year old mother is incontinent and needed to tend to her issue). The employee told us that they don't have restrooms. Which was a boldfaced lie because I could see them from the lobby, and they were locked. There was nothing but car dealerships nearby, and it was pouring rain, we were in an unfamiliar city, and we all had to pee! All else aside, this had to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I did not get a refund, I was charged for a room we did not stay in, and we drove home. What a waste of time and money. I will never recommend a Clarion anywhere on earth because of this experience.

Cons: I wish there's more variety in the breakfast buffet. Every day, they had eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I don't eat sausage so I wish they had something different. The staff in the dining room is very nice.
