Pros: Good public transport access, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Kitchen was ok and had all necessary equipment for cooking your own meals.

Cons: Street entrance was trashy and super shady. Doors keypad system was difficult to deal with, I injured my hand several times because the door knob just did not work properly. Space was generally clean, but once looking into details just it was just dirty. I did not even want to put my clothes onto the shelves. My room had a lot of traffic noise - It sounded like I was sleeping on the street although windows were closed. For bathroom I had leave my room and use separate key - there were no instructions whatsoever. Had to figure it out myself, reception never replied regarding the matter...

I did not liked at all this property and very angry and disappointed for their attitudes!

Cons: The property has no visiting reception, after calling many times one very impolite and nervous man replied and he answered very angry way. He says I do not have time talk to answer some question like how find the room and how enter the room. It looks like I was disturbing him and I was very disappointed that he answered this way. On the 2nd day of my stay, I saw that the cleaning lady took 2 pairs of our house shoes, when I call the reception again, he said in a angry way that he has no access to that lady and they thought that I just simply left without check out. I said how possible I leave the property after one night while I booked for two nights. He start to yell on me and discuss to say that he has no control on cleaning lady and she did mistake and it was not his job to ask her. At the end he said I don't have time to talk to you and if you do not stop to discuss, I will through you out of the room and cancel your booking. I was in more than 100 times in hotel because I travel too much but actually never see attitude like that. As a guest not also feeling any hospitality nor to see reception yelling and tell you losing your shoes is basically your business in their room. Sorry for booking. Com to even have such property in your list. As a booking.com fan I was so disappointed and very angry to deal with that idiot reception and waste my moeny!!!

Pros: Good - Decent for the price, very clean. Wifi was fast, short bus ride to town, plenty of local shops Bad - Strange entrance had to ask locals how to get in to the building

A total nightmare for 4 long nights

Pros: Absolutely nothing about this property is likeable It is nothing more than a tired old former office block, that has been given little more than a lick of paint and has been turned into a transit camp masquerading as a hotel? Pah!

Cons: Everything! The beds are simple childrens beds with wooden slats beneath the mattress that collapse through every time you turn over; the mattress on one bed was stained with urine ; the shower tray plumbing went directly into the toilet waste macerator resulting in sewage smells coming out of the shower tray drain ; the window roller blinds were stained with damp and mould ; the 3windows open onto a busy street below and one could not be closed due to missing latches meaning the noise of traffic could not be shut out day or night; not once did we see member of staff on site throughout our 4 night stay? Both of our rooms were not clean once in the duration of our stay and therefore towels were not replaced nor toilet rolls replenished? We were told that parking was available for customers on site, but not advised where this was resulting in a 60.00 charge being Levied by the supermarket for our unintentional unauthorised parking in one of their restricted bays? The staff are only contactable via email and complaints are met with curt one line responses. None of the pictures shown on the Booking . Com platform reflect the actual state of the premises. I could write a book on the failings of this accommodation, but will suffice to say simply, JUST DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN STAYING HERE FOR ONE MOMENT, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE! Yuk!

Pros: The locations is good lots of buses to connect and take u around Berlin. The size of the room is big

Cons: Lift didnt work but luckily we only on second floor

Really nice room but building could be better maintained overall.

Pros: Room was very nice and bright, beds comfy and good facilities. The room was also a lot bigger than we expected which was great.

Cons: The building is not very appealing, mouse in elevator and man asleep on stairs. This is not directly because of the hotel as the building is used for several purposes but this was still unpleasant.

Pros: The property provided all that was listed. The kitchen was functional as well as the dinning area. Private bathroom was excellent for accomodating 3 people

Cons: The systems to open the open the doors was a bit tricky and complicated. I had to try many times before accessing the property

On the whole, this was comfortable and good value for money and I would consider staying there again

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The location wasn't the prettiest, but it was convenient and only a short walk to the station or to the main Schoneberg area, which is nice.

Cons: The lift was broken most of the time. Also, it was tricky to get in - perhaps they could let people know that they have to turn the doorknob very quickly after entering the PIN. And one night when I came in there was a dodgy-looking guy slumped on the stairs.

Pros: Basic, clean and cheap. Shared kitchen was available too. No high expectation for luxury hotelling. Good value for the money. Virtual reception worked great.

Don't Book this Apartment

Pros: Nothing - Just don't stay here.

Cons: The apartments feel very unsafe, one of our room doors wouldn't open all the time, so it felt like we would not be able to get out. This was the room that was through the shared kitchen. These apartments are just some rooms in a run-down apartment block. The lift wasn't working ( although that was a small issue compared with everything else). Looks like reception is on the 3rd floor, but we didn't see it open for out stay and it does not look like it does in the pictures.
