Cons: Very old hotel, with no proper wall isolation, you could hear everything. People talking and laughing all night long, even at 6am, with zero respect for the others. Didn't receive the room that was in the pictures on Booking. Had to change rooms because of the heating, which was turned off but kept making noise of water flowing. The bathroom sewer was very smelly.The beds are not comfortable. The staff is not nice at all. The location is bad. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had so far.

Pros: Staff was polite and tried their best to help, unfortunately they have to follow the owner's policy, so there's not much they can do for you.

Cons: For 620€ for 3 nights we've got tiny attic room with unbearably stinking sewerage, dusty and with stains and hair of previous guests on the walls of bathroom. Cleaned all shelves before putting our stuff in it, as cupboard has no doors and gets dusty all the time. We were hitting our heads and elbows all the time, as bathroom is very small and sloping ceiling doesn't let you to sleep in normal position. Heating wasn't working and it was ice cold, when we complained, we've got assured that the problem was solved, but in all following days only about 10% of our radiator was warm. Dining room was ice cold too. Breakfast was poor for 4* and we needed to beg for each cup of coffee. Apparently the hotel has changed it's owner, who is saving on everything and asking guests to save on water, light, heating and all. Charging 30€ for "night service", a real bargain, no late check out either. As it was a business trip, we didn't care much, but had no place to relax and definitely will never book this hotel again.

Cons: The TV was not repaired for the entire 5 days…they have negative and just couldn’t be bothered.

Pros: The room was spacious and the location was excellent.

Cons: One morning there was no hot water in the property. Also, your luggage stored in the luggage room may easily end up in someone else's hands as they don't check it :-(((

Pros: The decor and architecture. The facilities and the food. The room and the price.

Cons: The shower curtains are too low, makes it hard to shower with the curtain rail on your head whilst bending down to try to be under it. The pillows had some sort of bird feather in them. They were very soft but they kept poking out of the pillow and the stem was very sharp and hurt a bit.

Pros: The location being close to hauptbahnhof and not far from markt platz is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice and decorated in nice antiques makes you feel comfortable
