    Great location, spacious room and...

    Pros: We really enjoyed our stay as it was very central and convenient for transport. The room was beautiful and very spacious and the breakfast fantastic, with fresh croissants and pastries made by Patricia. Also lots of information about places to see and restaurants.
    Cons: It was a bit noisy at night, which i guess is the price to pay if you want to be right in the center.

    Wonderful stay

    Pros: Excellent location, and the host Patricia is the best! Great tips, and we always felt very well taken care of. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh baked treats and tasty coffee. Clean rooms, good bed and pillows.
    Cons: I wish the bathroom had been a bit bigger, but it was nice a clean so really not an issue.

    Pros: The location was central, literally minutes walking from it all! There are not enough words to express how much we adored Patricia! She was and is the absolute best host ever! We had early reservations for museums, and she made sure breakfast was ready so we could eat. She sent us recommendations for sites to visit along with restaurants. She happened to be there when we arrived, made us a coffee, and dove into what our plans were, it was fantastic! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Florence! 100 stars!!!

Thanks to her we got a bit closer to the local way of life. And I almost forgot the mention that, the location is excellent and our room was very lovely and clean.     Pros: Great location, meters away from the Duomo, piazza della Repubblica, Corso etc. Full of landmarks, attractions, restaurants and wine bar at your doorstep Room was cozy and clean, albeit a bit small. Perfect for a quick retreat. Great options for breakfast and great staff that provided lots of suggestions on things to see and do
    Cons: There is no elevetor, to keep in mind when booking because rooms are on the second floor. Also Wi-fi was very patchy and it didn't work in most of the room. Combined with generally poor connection in Florence, most of the time we didn't have Internet access in the room
