My son and I had a wonderful stay here. Perfect for families needing cleanliness and convenience.

Pros: Room and bathroom was extremely clean. Great sized room and fantastic location with local market and shops. Ideal for families. The staff we so friendly and incredibly helpful and attentive. We loved the convenience of having the Metro close by and the luggage store so we could drop our bags off and make the most of the day before we could check in and check out. My son and I would definitely stay here again. Loved the area of Convention on the L12, an easy commute everywhere.

Pros: Room and bathroom was extremely clean. Great sized room and fantastic location with local market and shops. Ideal for families. The staff we so friendly and incredibly helpful and attentive. We loved the convenience of having the Metro close by and the luggage store so we could drop our bags off and make the most of the day before we could check in and check out. My son and I would definitely stay here again. Loved the area of Convention on the L12, an easy commute everywhere.

Great location and clean, decent rooms.

Pros: We like the location. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a grocer's market is at your very doorstep on certain days - great Parisian vibe. There are also brasseries near the metro and bakeries along the way. The location is great. It's only about a 10 min stroll to the metro.

Cons: This is not our first time staying at the hotel so there were no unexpected surprises. However, this was our first time staying there in winter. Our only grouse was that the WC/toilet is unheated - but it's pretty much like that in many hotels in Europe. Although we could adjust the heating in our room, we realised that it was always rather chilly and only after speaking to the front desk did they tell us that they had programmed the temperature of our room. Coming from Asia, this was rather surprising as we are allowed to regulate our own temperature - otherwise there would not be a thermostat in the room. However, they did increase the temperature for us - to a more comfortable degree and so after that, it was all right. Another thing was that the cleaning lady came earlier than our checkout time and was not too pleased that we were still in the room. We were already getting ready to leave by then, but her countenance said it all.

Comfortable soundproof rooms

Pros: Room was clean and soundproofed from the road, beds were very comfy. Breakfast was ok but quite basic with a lot of processed meat there are lots of places nearby with probably more atmosphere.

Cons: Nothing really. The hotel suited our purpose. We will probably stay there again.
