Cons: Bed was extremely soft, it was a very noisy room - noise came from the street, there is no wardrobe and no lobby place

Pros: The location is only a 5 minutes walk to the subway station and if you exit from the hotel and take left there is a street with full Indians and Muslim restaurants in cheap prices. Before I booked I read complaints about the noise but if you close the windows you don't hear anything. The staff was excellent, Maria and David instructed me where to go and how to arrive to places with a lot of patience. Breakfast was excellent and the room's shower was amazing! !

Cons: There is a lack of light in the room and many switches that don't do anything..

Pros: Nicholas and Costas were beyond expectation. They were extremely helpful to two senior women who were having a terrible experience in Greece. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their kindness and compassion. I would stay anywhere either of these two worked. My sincere gratitude to them both

Pros: Nice hotel, totally worth the money I payed. Very friendly staff, they take the time to explain to tourists what to see, where to go, truly appreciated that. Special thanks to Nik for the support on arrival day. Clean, spacious room, working locker, fridge. Breakfast was also good. Location was very practical - it is few minutes of walk from Omonia metro station, really close.

Cons: Noise from the street (totally understand that is not hotel's fault), also, one of the windows was not closing easily.

Perfectly adequate for an overnight, not the best area

Pros: We chose to stay here as one of the pick-up spots for a short tour we did in Greece. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful with eggs, yogurt etc. Staff was helpful and is at the desk 24 hrs. Also there is a refrigerator in the lobby where you can get drinks and charge them to your room.

Cons: We chose to stay here since it was one of the pick-up places for a short tour we took while in Greece. Unfortunately the area wasn't the greatest and we didn't feel that safe walking around, especially after dark. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: location close to metro and bus stations. Breakfast is ok more like home breakfast. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Manager is not. He refused to take my calls

Cons: Very rigid manager. Refused to take my calls. My flight arriving to Athens was delayed due to weather conditions. My booking was non refundable. I requested to negotiate with manager refund as the delay is not my fault. Manager refused t talk to me@

PERFECT!! The hotel for all our future visits to Athens.

Pros: Great value for money. the hotel was very clean and positioned perfectly for our Athens visit. The shower was amazing. A special mention for the young lad who was present when we checked in, He was very professional and customer focused, giving us assistance when we required our tickets to the Imagine Dragons concert printed. This will be our hotel for all future visits to Athens!
