    Great hotel, affordable, not the...

    Pros: Great hotel. Clean, nice service, great rooms, great easy access to public transport.
    Cons: Location was a little bit suspect. It is in a very dark alley among other dark alleys, which did not make me feel safe walking around late at night.

    Pros: The property is wonderful.
    Cons: The cleaning staff stole one of my cards. We raised it with reception and it was in the office! They gave it back to me but there was no apology, no remorse. If I had not asked at reception myself I would not have had it returned. So in summary, the staff will steal your belongings, do not stay here.

    Pros: Very very close to the metro
    Cons: Disappointing Stay: Ants, Uncomfortable Beds, Noise, and Hidden Charges My recent stay at wad marred by numerous issues. The room was infested with ants, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the surrounding area was noisy at night. Additionally, we were surprised by unexpected taxes upon arrival. Despite considering the price paid, these shortcomings made for an unsatisfactory experience overall.

    The atmosphere end the breakfast...

    Pros: The atmosphere end the breakfast were good. Not far away from center.
    Cons: The photos of the room I booked, completely different, like 2 different hotels and it was really terrible. After complaining I got another room and it was better. The hotel has a parking lot only for a very small car but I didn't find any information before.

    Great staff and convenient location

    Pros: The hotel is located close to La Ramblas and the waterfront which was very convenient for walking and exploring the areas. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
    Cons: The air conditioning was not working (it was set to the hotel timer which does not operate until April) which made for an uncomfortable first night. (On the second and third nights of our stay we were provided with a fan which helped cool the room). The area in which the hotel was located was noisy pretty much throughout the night.

    Pros: The hotel is in a really extremely good location, in the old town close to the harbour and the famous Ramblas. Staff is very friendly and we were upgraded free of charge to a room with a balcony. Breakfast is also very good. We will come again, for sure :)

    Very convenient and good value....

    Pros: Very well located. Just off Las Ramblas. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
    Cons: Small bit noisy on the street in the morning but to be expected as it was so well situated.

    Fun vibe and a nice...

    Pros: Check-in was easy. The decor in the lobby was fun. We liked the location just off La Rambla and close to the metro station.
    Cons: The shower did not have a door which allowed quite a bit of water to spray out onto the bathroom floor. The walls seemed kind of thin. We were woken up both nights of our stay by the sound of our neighbor's "nighttime" activities.
